Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express My views have been recorded in this survey and I am always happy to return to this hotel mainly due to the service excellence on behalf of the hotel staff, Always friendly and hospitable and ready to provide what ever assistance I require. Two significant issues lacking are first regarding TV where there is no access to Champions League and Europa League football matches something so popular to vast numbers of people world wide. Secondly it is unfortunate that the previous provision of the option of cappuccino etc at the breakfast phase , is no longer available .... Hope the Management will look into these issues .. The hot food was primarily Indian and not well prepared - not up to International Standards. The rooms are fine. The usual amenities (shampoo, individual soap etc) we're not there. July 30, 2015
