The hotel is fine annd clean. The location is convinient close to the airport and next to Dubai Metro. Complimentatry Breakfast is appreciated however need improvement and include a chef. Free Internet is a bonus.

Staff was very helpful for making arrangements for my strange schedule. They were helpful with making a late check out arrangement and eager to please in any way. The surprise, as this was a Holiday Inn "Express" was the expanded breakfast buffet and the bar with a decent menu of bar food. I would definately stay here on my next trip.

We stayed one night, just to break our journey and were perfectly happy with our choice. Despite information on the website, stating that the shuttle ran hourly, it runs half hourly, so we did not have to wait long at the airport. Signage to hotel shuttles at the airport petered out at the end, so we needed to ask twice to find the actual stop. We will know that next time.
We had asked for an early check-in if possible. It wasn't, so we joined the others sitting in the lobby
and waited till 11am, which is better than 2pm. Hotel staff came to us when the room was ready.
The room was perfectly comfortable and we certainly appreciated the free WiFi connection.
We decided to eat dinner in the hotel. It was buffet style and we thought it very good value and we certainly appreciated the salad table after three weeks of 'pub grub' style food in the UK with lots of chips! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, choosing to wait and eat in the airline lounge.
The return shuttle to the airport was a bit of a struggle, with many passengers struggling to get seats. However when it was obvious the bus was too small, another bus was called, so we need not have worried.

A most wonderful place, plenty of opportunity to relax, get business completed. Then wonder down to the bar for a refreshing drink, enjoy some conversation with the other guests and bartender. Good food and great staff. Free WiFi and airport shuttle a big PLUS. I will stay here again. Did not get the chance to try the free breakfast, it opens to late for those of us with early departures.

I took my room at 2pm, and was for a tour in the city and shopping centers. when I come back at 9pm my room was occupied by another people and my suitcase , and garments had been put in another room without my agreement . the other room a "" non smoking room "" smelt cigarettes and smoke a lot

It is good choice for late evening or night fly arrival. Use hotel shuttle bus easy to reach hotel in minutes and get sleeping in the remaining hours of the night.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 No response on missing cloth
I have been staying with Holiday Inn for the last 5years. This is the worst i have ever had with IHG hotel.
What i meant by worst is refering to the staff''s response on my missing T-shirt which never comes back after sending it for laundry.
I gave my local mobile number in Dubai to the hotel staff and he promised to check upon it and contact my mobile number on the same day on the status whether they found it or not.
However, no call from them at all after three days. I called the hotel on the third day and again, the hotel staff promised to check with the laundry department and call me back on the same day.
Again, no one call back. I am still in Dubai as of now and it has been more than a week since i checked out from the Holiday Inn express Dubai Airport.
After all these, it is not about the missing T-shirt anymore. it is not an superduper expensive T-shirt. It is about the service and response that the hotel staff has promised to delivered. I will not go back to Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport anymore.

This hotel is my favorite one to stay at. Good service, friendly staff, and very clean accommodations. It is great to have the shuttle service to Terminal 2 added. Good move! I will stay here every time I come through Dubai.

I like to see better service in comparison to other hotels nearby. I have made many trips to Dubai. Firs time staying at Holiday Inn in Dubai and I am not impress. I must say your staff and security personel need to improve and to be helpfulness and politeness to customers. I understand it is culture difference, but other hotel done quite well. Take your time explain your customer, and I understand you were busied.
I hope you take note of my feedback seriously.

i forgot to mention something very important here, the staff at the front desk are good but the ones around the hotel are so unfriendly and not helpful. I had to hold my bags to the trick of the bus , no one even offered to help. I dont need their help, but usually they try to . they are rude.

i am glad this was sent, i stayed at your facility for 2 nights and i couldnt sleep at all. the smell of moisture in the rooms are unbearable. the smell of the carpet and the moist makes it hard to smell. please check that. that irritated my asthma and i kept on coughing for two nights. you either add a humidifier for the rooms or fix the quality of air.

The hotel was fine for our short stay. Clean, comfortable and convient for both town and airport.
I had one problem, which was with the reception staff when I paid my bill. I paid with a UK pound based credit card and specifically asked for the bill to be sent through in Dirhams. When asked to sign the credit card receipt I noticed that both the AED price and an equivilent GBP price was shown. I asked again and was assured that the bill would go through to my credit card in Dirhams, the GBP amount was just there for information purposes. The bill came through in GB Pounds and the rate of exchange was very unfavourable compared to the one my credit card would have used.
I was very disappointed having just spent 6 lovely days in The Holiday Inn Resort in Penang.

Have a good experience with Holiday Inn in London but not this one.
Room and breakfast is ok.
Request toothpaste and toothbrush around 7.30pm. Someone knocked at my door so loud which eventually wake me up. He held a ironboard and iron which i have not requested. Promise come back with toothpast and toothbrush but never arrived. Probably i need to repeat my setence more than one time...will not recommend this hotel to any friend
Tried to made a local call but only realised need a deposit to do so, why so hassle this hotel i don't understand

our flight to DXB was delayed, we arrived after 11:30 PM at DXB
no shuttlebus at this time. When we arrved in the front of our room, we found a dirty plate in the fron of the room door. Also there was only one towel in the room ( for 2 people). Carpets in the room was dirty. In the room we could hear the starting aircrafts.

I frequently have layovers of 11 plus hours and this is the perfect hotel to stay overnight. It is conveniently situated next to the airport, the rooms are good and the beds are really comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and reasonable price. I would say it is value for money and I stayed there for 6nights which would give you good time to evaluate hotel and service. The security was also perfect in its duty with the CCTV cameras. It has plenty of basement parking for guests with cars. It is conveniently located near the Airport but away from the city but Metro stn. is very close about 10min by walk from the hotel.
I would like to say the breakfast spread was much better than what we received in Holiday Inn Express all over USA.
Would like to suggest to have head shampoo separate than having it with body soap as it used to make hair dry.

- first room was the wrong one (no double bed)
- we have to transport our stuff to room 1 AND also when we changed the room to the right one! Very bad service!!!
- very expencive for that service!
--> the stuff gived us the feeling of no welcome at Dubai Holiday Inn

The overall quality of this hotel was below the average for a Holiday Inn Express. It is extremely over priced for the quality of the facilities, and the service was mediocre. The best thing about this hotel is its location, since it is right next to the airport, and the shuttle sercive they provide to the airport. If you are in a hurry to catch a late night or early morning flight, I would recommend it, otherwise, I would not stay there again.

Hotel was in good condition, rooms and other areas were quite clean.
Breakfast was fairly good and enough with suitable seating area.
While the hotel was in remote location, outside the city, taxi and metro were available. Stores were far from the hotel.
Room amenities were not enough.
The received services were reasonably good for the paid amount.

I have reviewed this same IHG property a few weeks back, and as i said, i went back there again last week (the location just works for me), and the room they gave me this time was just as i hoped the first one would be! The cleanliness and state of the room in general was as one would expect from such a chain of hotels, i actually thought to myself that they got this room from the other property that i compared it with before?!
Unfortunately for HIE is that this time around, my 4-night stay was reduced to a 1-night and i checked out earlier; but next time i'm back (and i will do); i'm asking for the same room.

Courteous and helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient location right by the airport so was great for a short overnight stopover whilst changing flights en route from India back to the UK. Free shuttle bus every half hour to and from terminals 1 and 2. Stayed there twice now and would stay again.

It is a good budget hotel with basic amenities. Reception service is excellent. Food & Beverage product and service is average. Convenience shop need to store more variety of food items. Breakfast service needs to be improved and boiled eggs is recommended to be on the breakfast menu everyday. Good value for money and clean hotel.
