Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and knowledgeable staff at front desk I arrived 5 hours prior to check in time, however the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Greeted with a smile, she assisted me with access to the internet while I waited. She arranged a room for me within the hour that I arrived. The front desk staff were knowledgeable of the area and provided me with directions to the building I had to go to the next day. Great service and great value for money. Will certainly stay at this hotel should I visit this area again. August 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Poor Customer Service The house keeping staff was very responsive and friendly. Rooms are clean and offer value for money. Breakfast menu is repetitive. If you face any IT issue (primarily difficulty in connecting to wifi) then do not expect it to be resolved by the hotel staff; you are on your own. The staff at the reception is the worst I have come across in the GCC region. The word called "Empathy" is missing from their vocabulary. July 16, 2014
