Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip to Dubai The overall experience with the hotel is great but I would like to suggest some improvements for the hotel. The hotel may want to look into the following: 1. The air-cond is not adjustable as it is centralized at the temperature of 21 2. The breakfast shall add variety that change the hot food menu. I suggest turkey ham over sausages on daily meal. The location is quiet and I like such environment. It is the nearest to Dubai Marina and The Walk by taking metro bus. March 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my hotel Holiday Inn Express internet city is always my choice whenever m in Dubai. I stay there since more than 3 years. Many changes have occured, a new wardrobe, new plasma TVs, they increased the breakfast items, a large variety now. As platinum member I am receiving water on daily basis and discounts on food and beverage which is an excellent deal. The staff are lovely especially at the reception the smile never leaves their faces. Always recommend it and will be my first and last choice March 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value, Good Location, Good Staff, Good Room It was wonderful. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, linens were clean. The bed was good enough to not be lumpy. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip (4), this was by far the best one. We didn't stay at another Holiday Inn Express on our trip, but the next time, we will be actively looking for them. March 16, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 had higher expectations The entrance was good and so was the general ambiance. Even the room was fine except for two major issues. The first one was the stinking smell of every thing made of wood specifically the wardrobe and the desk. The smell was constant and the worst thing was that it smelled like alcoholic drinks. The other thing was that the bathroom got very flooded every time I had a shower because of a blocked sewer. March 2, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed! Although the facilities are good and make the hotel one of the most effective in cost-quality ratio, the quality of reservation/reception need to be improved. I have been impolitely forced to check-out before my departure date, because the hotel was fully booked and my reservation was not taken in consideration. Though the problem occured because of the lack of attention of people of the Hotel, no one showed any intention to help me find a solution. Thanks to Holiday Inn Express (Dubai Internet City) , I slept my first ever night under the moonth at Dubai. I didn't feel as Priority Club Member at all! March 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff in a budget hotel i used the hotel during my last family vacation in Dubai. Great place to stay in for the budget traveler. Value for money is EXCELLENT as it includes breakfast. Location was excellent for me as it was a good point to go anywhere. Staff is very friendly and responsive. They will do what is needed to accommodate the guest's request. Hotel is quiet and parking is available free of charge - something that is becoming not very common in Dubai! Although rooms are small, they do have everything I needed for a good night stay. I would definitely come back for a family vacation! January 27, 2013

The breakfast has a limited variety but it was enough and very tasty... The location is very calm, but near the malls and Burj Al Arab and the Marina... Even though we have reservation for 3 rooms for 6 nights, the reception give us a higher price claiming that what they have on their system (i had hard copy of my reservation). Danni said you guys are trapped. we ask to talk to a manager, no one was on sight. We insist to get the room with the fare we had on reservation we even try to call tourism authority of Dubai. We had a long flight and a business to catch next day. Finally we got the rooms on the right rate. January 10, 2013

Staff recognized my status however when I asked if there was a room with a view towards the Burj al Arab, I was told "absolutely sir" and my room had an amazing view of a vacant sandy parking lot. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by the cleaness and housekeeping is very poor The house keeping is really bad .They don’t wash the cups and spoons .they don’t clean the toilets well , we always find hair on the floor . I left a Golden-Diamond necklace on the toilet and I checked with them one hour and half later from the airport and the necklace and the necklace disappeared. The breakfast was really bad. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Hotel - Good Value for Money Hotel is hidden behind commercial buildings in a business neighborhood which seems to be fairly quiet at night. Subway sandwich shop, Domino' s Pizza, a few other small restaurants and a small supermarket are all within a five minute walk. Internet City train station is a ten minute walk. Not too bad walking to the train station in late October when we stayed but probably quite hot most of the year. (The hotel should consider offering a complimentary shuttle service to the train station on demand.) The carpet in the hallway on the floor where we stayed was well-worn and probably should be replaced. Otherwise, the room and service met my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. I would not discourage anyone from staying at this hotel if you don't mind feeling a bit isolated. November 4, 2012

While the location for visiting the Creek, Jumeirah, and the souks is not absolutely ideal, the taxi service makes all these and more easily reachable. Recommended. October 19, 2012
