Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Unable to get two beds Booked the room 3 months in advance and requested a room with two beds. At check in was told there were no rooms left with two beds. Very frustrating when you book the room so far in advance they are unable to honor the request, feel the two bed rooms were given away on a first come basis at check in. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Break Overall the hotel is of a good standard clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far out from the city and need to get taxis everywhere. But once you get to a Metro station it only costs 16 AED for an all day ticket. The only complains i would have about the hotel is smoking in the bar and the other guests making a racket early in the morning as breakfast starts at 0630hrs. They had the attitude if i'm up everyone should be up. This is only my thoughts!! But well worth a visit October 27, 2014
