We had a solid stay at the hotel. Room was clean and there were not issues. Breakfast was ready early enough to enjoy. The only knock was the pool was supposed to be closed to visitors (per the manager), but when we walked by there was a family using the facilities.

I have stayed at this particular hotel many times while doing business in Columbus, OH. The staff is great and the hotel is always clean and quiet. The only suggestion I have for all of the Holiday Inn Express brand is to upgrade the pillows. Its time !!

Was in town for a wedding, many of the rooms were occupied by other guests. The staff was thoroughly accommodating of all the people staying at the hotel, the breakfast provided was delicious. The sign calling attention to the wedding and offering congratulations was a delightful surprise and made us all feel welcome! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff did a good job keeping the space clean without making me feel like I was in the way!
Great job all around!

Individual room price was too high relative to the total number of group participants.
