They also welcomed our little dog who enjoyed the doggy area immensely. Everyone was wonderful. Our room was great. July 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Overall- Amazing Visit. My family stayed in a room with two queen sized beds. The room itself was pretty great. We never once worried about the cleanliness of the room and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked, technically, but it kept things either way too hot or way too cold. There was no in between. The hotel was in a convenient location and very close to the zoo that we visited. The only cons we could find were the breakfast and the internet. When we checked in we were given a code for the WiFi, but that code was no longer valid at about 8:00 am on the day we were checking out. As for the breakfast, there was a lack of variety of foods, barely any hot foods like promised, and the attendant didn't keep food out so it ran out halfway through breakfast. Overall, we loved the hotel and will stay again if we can get it at the right price. July 4, 2014

If you're visiting the zoo or anywhere else nearby and need a place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel. The exterior has an inviting look, and the inside of the hotel July 3, 2014

We had an issue where staff walked into our room without notice. This was brought to the attention of management so I am sure this will be corrected. July 3, 2014

I received a bill the day prior to my actual checkout date that had another person's name and information (with my room number) on it. Although this was issue was immediately resolved, it was an inconvenience to stop by the desk, in order to deal with this issue June 29, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Bath Tub doesn"t drain. Poor Customer Service We had a room with a tub that would not drain. That is terrible when you are having a shower and you have water past your ankles. We stayed three nights, asked three times for the problem to be fixed. We will not book Holiday Inn Express any more since I have stayed in the chain many times. Poor customer service. June 25, 2014

Property is VERY CLEAN and the beds are COMFORTABLE. We appreciate so much that the CUSTOMER has control of the room temperature. So many convert to ones that turn off after you leave the room. CAN'T STAND THAT. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Rooms adjoin too, which we utilized. June 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dublin Holiday Inn Express and me The place was clean easy to find , Desk Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was disappointing as we were told that gluten free diet items would be available .The 1st day there was a gluten free blueberry muffin but the next two days nothing available and when addressed to the kitchen staff we were simply told "Were don't have anymore" . Everything I had was great the 1st and 2nd days but Monday morning Breakfast was cold over cooked and disappointing. The room was clean , well taken care of But we were a little disappointed to have a room with only a shower in it and no tub to relax in after 8 hours walking around the Zoo. Overall very happy with stay June 14, 2014

I appreciate the excellent condition I continue to find the rooms and common areas. I want to recognize the entire front-desk staff and the breakfast staff. They are extremely customer (guest) focused and are always pleasant and helpful. It's a pleasure having people like this to make my travel (away from home) much easier. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Stop on a Long Week of Travel I have previously stayed at this property, this is why I returned. The decor is beautiful and up to date and well maintained. I would haved hoped that the Breakfast choices would have a better variety. Pretty much the same old pancake copy machine, cinnamon rolls, dry cereal. However, I will say the kettle of rice was a surprise but was removed before the service time was concluded. May 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay We stayed here on a trip to the new Hollywood casino that recently opened. The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from the casino and is very easy to get to. We stayed on a Thursday night and they have a nightly reception Tuesday-Thursday. They had some beer, pop, and some food out for everyone from 5:30-7:30. It was unexpected and was a nice little compliment to the stay. As far as the stay itself we had no problems other than a little bit of extra noise coming through the floor from the room above us. We really liked the showers they had in the room as they were pretty big. If we stayed here again, which we would if in the area again, I would ask for a third floor room to avoid those noises. The entire place appeared clean and everyone we dealt with was friendly. The hot tub and pool area was nice also. If you're in the area I would stay here. April 22, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud rooms and double booking Everything was clean and kept nicely, presented well. When we arrived we were not given the type of room we booked and had to move. We were in our room and someone else with a key came in an hour later because the room was double booked. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us and in the hall. Then, house keeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am in a Sunday morning. Not exactly the best. When we checked out no one asked us how our stay was and was very short with us. April 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Outside appearance is great, but My overall experience with Holiday Inn, has been good, but lately I wasn't impressed by 2 of the last locations I stayed in. This hotel was one of them and it looks great from the outside and the location is very convenient, but I wasn't happy when I was given a room for special access(with all respect), without asking me first. Also, It ticks you off when you leave at 5am in the morning and come back at 4:30pm in the afternoon and someone is still in your room cleaning it ! wow! I talked to the person at the front desk, he told me they're a bit behind today and it should be ready soon !!!! wow! very impressive management. March 31, 2014
