Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleased with our stay and will be returning soon. My husband and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Dublin, GA on a business trip. Although this Inn is not a brand new hotel, we found it to be very clean and comfortable in every way. It is easily accessible and a variety of restaurants are located close by. The Holiday Inn Express staff, especially Elaine at the front desk, was friendly and very accommodating in every way. Everyone went out of his/her way to ensure our needs were met promtply and with a smile. We will be returning to Dublin on a regular basis and will continue to book with the friendly people at this hotel. February 20, 2013

When you check into this hotel you quickly become aware that it is one of the older Holiday Inn Express establishmaents, but the professional attitude of Holiday Inn Express is there justthe same. The clerk was very welcoming, and when they did not have another King room he offered to give me the King Suite with a spa tube at a discounted rate. That was accomodating even though I cared nothing about a jucuzzi tub in my room. The room was clean although an upgrade in carpet in the hall as well as the rooms might be in order soon. And breakfast was all you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. To sum it all up, this place has some years on it but that is easily overlooked by the welcoming feeling you recieve from the staff. I would stay again anytime I am in the area. January 27, 2013

He called us by name, acknowledged that we were Priority Club members. Upon departure we were greeted by the Night Auditor and asked to return. The customer service was stellar!! Kudos to the Front Desk Staff. Look forward to staying at this property again when traveling to Dublin again. December 9, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jugk The room was comfortable and Clean. However light bulbs were missing from two lamps. These were replaced when I went down to notify staff. Attendant could not find our booking though I gave her the confirmation email (she did not take it or look at it). I had booked a smoking room and was given a form to sign highlighting the smoking fine. The assigned room was then changed to smoking. Had to make 4 additional trips to the lobby as the DVD in our room did not work. On trouble shooting I found that the unit was unplugged, then that all the connections to TV were removed. The original remote was behind the furniture and it did not work. The second remote also did not work. When all this was sorted out and the remote (new batteries for the original remote, I plugged in all the connections) did work the DVD unit did not play the movie. It was very frustrating and time wasting and annoying. November 27, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Linens were unacceptable Very disappointed in the soiled linens left in the room. Athough the front desk staff was very pleasant and apologized on behalf of the hotel, this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. This location should invest in new towels and wash cloths, especially. I had to go out and purchase both to continue my stay in the area for work. Otherwise, I would have ended and moved to another hotel (from which there were not really other choices).
