Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by this stay was better I have stayed at this one before and had major problems with wake up calls, room cleaning and so forth, Also have had major issues this month with other Holiday Inns, This one was refreshing as in they were redoing the hotel and I got a freshly painted room, staff was friendly. even when they forgot to make my room up one day they were friendly and cordial about it. They gave me extra towels the first time I asked instead of making up the room. They are getting their act to gether here and I would reccommend this hotel May 3, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by drunks at the pool I picked this hotel as it had a pool for my childen to use. On arrival to the hotel the check in was fine. When I took my children to the pool the hot tub had at least ten men it in. There was a case of beer sitting next to the hot tub and the men were drinking alcohol out of red plastic cups. Their language was laden with foul words and expressions. We left the pool and went back to our room. Our room was right across from the pool. On going to the front desk there were men arguing in the lobby and the manager seemed overwhelmed.I went back to my room and waited until the morning to report the problem as I was worried about the overall safety of this hotel. The morning manager apologized and stated alcohol wasnt allowed in public areas. To apologize she gave me 2000 priority points. I didnt think this was the correct solution but didnt pursue it more as the same men that were drinking the previous night had now entered the lobby. I was on a 10 day vacation and stayed at 3 other holiday express on the trip and they were outstanding. This property falls below the standards of the others. April 22, 2013
