Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Place I was recently at this hotel and could not be more pleased. I was greeted as if I was a king and my stay escalated from there. They called me to see if I was doing ok and later that night I realized that the batteries in my remote didn't work. They were there very quicky with new ones. I got into a conversation with another guest as we were in the exercise room and he told me he comes there all the time. The next morning, I was blown away by the service the breakfast man gave me at breakfast. When I go back to Atlanta, I will defintely stay there. May 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel My husband and I came to Atlanta for a concert. This hotel was near where the concert was held. It was a nice sized room with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and even told us a short cut to the hotel. The breakfast was good choices and my husband liked the pancake maker! We would certainly stay here again when we are in this area! The person at the desk was extremely friendly and happy to have me as a customer. I picked up a couple of bottles of water from the front desk and went to my room and everything in the room looked and worked perfectly. I needed rest for the long day ahead of me the next day and the bed was comfortable and I was asleep in no time. Will definitely choose this hotel when I am back in the area. March 25, 2013

They offer clean rooms, the best staff in Georgia, and at an uncompared value for your family or your business. I can only base this on my last 50 visits or so. -) March 12, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Won't go back This was the worst experience I've ever had at a HI Express. I'm not sure if they had a lot of extenuating circumstances the weekend I was there or if there are often problems. First, there were no bars of soap because they ran out (what I was told when I asked). The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The internet kept cutting in and out in the evening I was there. In the morning, I went down for breakfast at 8:30 (an hour before they stop serving) and found they were out of most of the hot things. They only had the omelettes and biscuits. The pancake machine was not working and no one was able to get it working. There weren't any cinnamon rolls out (one of my favorites), so I asked and the lady said she didn't have any. However, about 10 minutes later a little boy came down and was telling his mom he wanted a cinnamon roll. I watched the breakfast attendant bring out a full tray of cinnamon rolls and give him one and then put the rest of them back away. So I guess they're not for all customers?? The guests at the table next to me noticed this too and mentioned breakfast had been sparse the day before too. Thankfully I was only there one night. While I will continue to use other HI Expresses, I won't go back to this one. It's cheaper than other ones, so I guess you get what you pay for! February 23, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor desk communication My room stay was fine until checkout. The desk person closed my bill and charged my credit card the incorrect amount. We corrected the amount and again an amount was charged which caused my debit card to be overdrawn and an overdraw fee charged. The desk person said not to worry but I had to obtain emergency funds to drive home. When traveling for security I bring one card that will cover my travels not one that covers a double charge. Khadija (I believe she is the manager there) did a great job in getting me a good deal as my company had a cap on my spending. The breakfast is a high point with me and Chad is always moving to be sure everything is taken care of. The breakfast area is always very clean and well stocked. It is always good to see Chad when I stay there because I know I will have a good breakfast. December 7, 2012
