Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Management In light of an over sold experience the management at this hotel took a personal interest in my situation and pulled out all the stops to accommodate my needs. Not only did he meet my needs he exceeded them. This makes for good business as it truly made me feel like a valued guest and ensures that I will return and recommend this hotel at all times. The was the best management experience I have had at a hotel, hands down. Also the staff followed his lead and provided us with over the top customer service. GREAT Team!!! April 20, 2015

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially Yessica & Stephanie. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious. I do recommend all to stay here! April 16, 2015

My family lives in Duncan. and my grandson was having his 1st birthday. not enough room to stay with them and my 2 grandsons. i wanted a room with 2 queen and that was not available. so i took the king suite, which was perfect., for my mother and me. thats what we will be reserving from now on. infact we will be staying easter weekend. thanks so much for Holiday Inn Express's hospitality!!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay, but GPS wrong As with most Holiday Inn Express hotels, this one was excellent, comfortable beds and great service. However, it is set back from the main road and my GPS took me to a different location entirely. It's behind the Applebee's, but with only a small sign at the road. Once you do find this hotel, it is a very pleasant, clean and new facility. February 25, 2015
