Upon check-in i used my rewards id and I stayed (5) nights but even almost a week latter I see no points activity on my rewards membership, why?

Staff was not very knowledgeable when there was a problem with the Internet nor were they very accommodating. Had to go the night without Internet so maybe they don't always live up to what the commercials insinuate.

I have already stated my concerns in the previous sections of the survey.
My main concern is that I did not have the handicapped accommodation I had expected.
In fairness to HIE, I did not specify my expectations when I made the reservation, and did not request another guest room when I discovered that the expected amenities were not available.

The staff and managers at this hotel are terrible. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. They all need to attend a class on what it means to serve a customer. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Kentucky on our way home and their service was outstanding. The Duncan, SC hotel should learn from them or remove them (including the management) entriely from this hotel. I have never felt this way by any other staff at other hotels. I would never stay at this hotel again even if it was for free.

Rooms were nice, but I had to listen to people slamming their doors all night. The gym was terrible. Old equipment that did not work, and not very clean feeling.
