Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Service The staff and managers at this hotel are terrible. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. They all need to attend a class on what it means to serve a customer. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Kentucky on our way home and their service was outstanding. The Duncan, SC hotel should learn from them or remove them (including the management) entriely from this hotel. I have never felt this way by any other staff at other hotels. I would never stay at this hotel again even if it was for free. July 28, 2014
