Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New property maybe still in a learning curve. While it is a new facility, and the staff is very friendly, there are some things that need to be corrected. The hot bar in the breakfast room is made in such a way that it is impossible to get something like gravy from the top shelf without assistance from the breakfast host. Bananas were green, biscuits hard, sausage WAY, WAY too salty (as if they added salt to this already salty product while heating it up). The lighting in the room is VERY low level and hard on the eyes, straining to see -- need normal light bulbs instead of these very dim bulbs. The A/C is extremely noisy, woke me up many times during the night. The bathtub had cigarette burn and room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Refrigerator worked great, and has a real freezer compartment. Mattress very comfortable. Location of hotel great for visiting anywhere in the Greenville/Spartanburg area. September 17, 2014
