Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room but not ready for check in We went to check in at 3:00 p.m., the normal check-in time, and no rooms were ready. We were told that "we reserved two queen sized beds and that's why", because most of the hotel is queen-sized beds??? Then as we were walking out with all of our luggage, the clerk yelled "Bye" as if to be smart because we weren't very happy that we had unpacked our car and came in to check in, just to not have a room available. When we returned at 4:00 p.m., our room was still not ready because they new clerk whited out our room "key" and gave us another one. So, we did get to check in at 4:00, but just very surprised that they were not ready at the check in time. There were only about 10 cars in parking lot, so I imagine most guests that were checking out had done so that morning. The room keys later that night also quit working and we could not get in the hotel from the back entrance, nor our room. We had to go wait at the front desk and have them reprogrammed, along with other guests having the same problem. The room was clean and beds were soft. However, we could hear the guests showering and flushing the toilets above us which I could have done without. We would stay there again, but it would not be our first choice for that area as of right now. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable, and Close to I-85 This Holiday Inn was close and easy to find off the interstate. The room was very clean and everything was ready when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and room was not crowded. The staff was friendly and said to let them know if there was anything we needed. We had a good night sleep and hearty breakfast in the morning. We will stay here again when in the area and would recommend this Holiday Inn to our friends and family. October 21, 2014

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were very nice staff was excellent check-in and check-out were seamless. October 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A great stay for the most part When I checked in, I went straight to my room, only to find the housekeeping staff still working on the room. The front desk person was so nice and apologetic but it still cost me some time that I didn't anticipate. Then when I came back to the property later that night, I had trouble seeing the entrance (dark road, little light at the turn) and had to drive a ways before turning around in a dark driveway. The front desk clerk that night was less than concerned (perhaps because there was little to nothing he could do about it). The continental breakfast was wonderful; great variety. The room was clean but the beds were not very new (in other words, the mattress sunk down more than I expected). Some new towels, some frayed. Overall, I had a positive experience but, as a woman traveling alone, I would have preferred more lighting on the road to make it easier to navigate an unfamiliar area. September 23, 2014
