Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dreadful Internet and Amateur Staff Had a 30 minute wait time to check-in at 10:30pm on a weekend night. There was a long line, and only 1 staff member on site who was having all sorts of issues with a guest. Couldn't believe that there wasn't a manager to help this girl doing check-in. Coincidentally, this girl is the same one that gave me a mini trash bag when I asked her for an extra laundry bag. Also, the wifi and internet is painfully slow. Would take 5 minutes to load a page. It's totally useless, and would not be able to do any type of work at that speed. And don't even bother calling the front desk because 1) the phone didn't work in the room, and 2) they'll say "oh, well I'm using wifi on my phone and it's working just fine so I don't know why you are having any problems. Yes, that's exactly what he said to me when I asked if they could check on it. Would not come back, and would not recommend. They stay itself was average, but I've been to lots of other HIE that were way better quality room, staff, and cleanliness for a lot lower rate than what we paid. May 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, Rude Front Desk Upon Check the Guy at the front desk was very rude. I gave him my ID in his hand and he sat it back on the counter. His attitude was very un friendly. He threw my room key on the counter, instead of handing it to me also. He did not say thank you or enjoy your stay. The hotel is very nice, however the Front Desk needs some customer service training. May 16, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Rest I've been traveling a lot for work in the past six months or so and have decided to make Holiday Inn Express my home on the road. I joined the IHG rewards program and haven't look back! This was my second stay at the Duncan location and it was as great as the first. Although it's right off the highway it is very quiet so I got some amazing sleep. I love the free breakfast options and the staff has always been attentive and friendly! I even got some bonus points! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel for the location I was not expecting to find a holiday inn with a pool and hot tub which was a nice surprise. The gym is seriously lacking with I believe only having 1 treadmill and 2 bikes and nothing else. The breakfast food is pretty generic. The mattress has a noticeable divot where everyone sleeps that I was then trapped in. May 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suggestions We have only 2 suggestions for the rooms in this hotel: 1) Improve the toilet tissue brand you are currently buying. You can put your finger right through it. It is very thin and very rough. 2) I would suggest the lounge chair, especially in the handicap rooms, be more comfortable. They are hard and very difficult to get out of unless you are a thin, very agile adult. How about a recliner for old people? April 29, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Attention to Detail When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly. He made us feel like we were bothering him. It would have been nice if he had reminded us that the day-light savings time would start that night. When we got to our room we noticed several things. The room felt like it had been put together in a rush. The wall paper was bubbled and not lined up correctly. The paint on the trim looked like it had been slapped on in a hurry. The room just didn't have the same polished look that we have come to expect from this chain. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was pressure was wonderful. April 26, 2016
