Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Don't Do It Many Issues. One of them its now 8 days after my check out. I still hav eyet to recieve my welcome points. I called on 11/27/2015 talked to a Randall he told me its not like its costing you an inconvience. Wow really hmm. i wont do it. Noisy basketball gruop carless staff. I have no choice but to stay again for one more staty after that its it. I will never be back here their attitude is terrible. It is costing me an incovience when its something thats due me that your refuseing to give me. Young lady I called the friday night 11/20/2015 about noise told me she would call me back no call back after a while. Its a horrible experience. This wil never be my choise and its close to where i need to go. The next time i will stay in Grand Prairie way better. Then when I checked in as platinum. he says they have you as a club member wrong i'm Platinum. November 28, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking Roof My last stay started off not so good. My room was leaking during the hard rain. Even though I was moved to another room I still had to listen to the leak after I had gotten off work @ 5am until around 8am. After being moved my room was better. The problem I have is I can never get an emailed copy of my receipt. I have called and asked for a copy to be emailed to me at least 4 times and I have still not received my copy. Tired of calling and asking for the emailed copy. November 25, 2015

They already had everything I needed makeup remover wipes even! File for my nails, cotton balls and q-tips. They even went as far as putting an extra little pack with a safety pin (that I soooo needed and was so happy to find) extra button with thread and a needle! I thought that was super nice! The breakfast was great! We found a little bit of everything to try and it was great! JUST LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! THANKS! November 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, Clean Hotel This property was clean and well kept. We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving to our room that we had been upgraded to a suite. Very nice! The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The only complaints are that the wifi signal was weak and unreliable and the television in the living room area did not work properly. I would recommend this property based on the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and value for your money. November 2, 2015
