Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by roaches Stayed from Thursday to Sunday .Friday and Saturday killed a total of seven roaches .Notified front desk couldn't move to another room sold out .The next closest hotel was 30min away and we we're there for a basketball tournamenta t cedar hill high school which is four miles down the road. The front desk didn't do anything but tell met o contact management on Monday .After talking to management and guest member services they only reimburse me for one night when it was two nights I killed roaches .Not happy with the customer service and how this whole matter was handled July 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't bother with a Whirlpool suite We stayed for our anniversary in the Whirlpool suite and it was a huge disappointment. When we turned the jets on to the tub there was a rotten egg smell and the jets were so weak they might as well not have been turned on. The room was also not as clean as one might expect from a suite. The front desk clerk was very nice but did not make up for the overall disappointment of the room. June 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and good location. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. We stayed 6 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids, and the only complaints I have are minor. I was disappointed that a double queen room only has 2 body towels and I had to ask for more. If the room sleeps 4, you would think it would have 4 body towels. My sister was in a suite that sleeps 6 and she also only had 2 body towels. The refrigerator froze most of the food I kept in it, even after I turned the unit to the warmest setting. The entrance door from the pool was broken the entire stay and the staff was aware of it; we had to re-enter through the back door. It was a minor inconvenience but I was more surprised that it wasn't fixed by the time I left. Breakfast was good with several options offered; it was quiet, even though it was booked up for several nights due to a basketball tournament; comfortable beds, and good location. June 16, 2015
