I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 4 nights while I was in for work. I could have stayed anywhere in the Greater Tampa area, but chose Dunedin as it looked like a great little town. Not only was Dunedin great, but the Holiday Inn is really a very good place to stay. It's immaculate, hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful; and, the hotel is located on the County pedestrian path - you can walk or ride all over the City within minutes. Also, though I didn't have much time to take advantage of it, the pool is lovely. I will definitely be back.

Excellent Staff, made a room change on our arrival with no problems. Staff supplied us with maps and gave us directions to different points of interest. Also, the staff let us check out at 12 noon on our last day. Breakfast was hot with some variety in selections. Overall, I would give a 4.5 out of 5.

We really like the location of the Dunedin property and have stayed there several times. Staff does a good job and we expect to return in the future.

This was our first vacation with our 2 year old son. We had a great time! The hotel is great and in a wonderful location. We drove down from NJ so we had our car with us, so getting to the beach wasn't an issue. If you are looking for beach front this is not the choice for you. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I had an issue with one of the washing machines (yes I did laundry on my vacation!) The washer didn't spin out correctly and I went to report it to the front desk. They refunded my money to me, and I didn't even go to the desk for that, I just wanted to let them know that the machine didn't work right!
Our room was standard, and very comfortable for the three of us. it was very clean and it felt as if it had been updated recently.
I would say that the hallway carpets could be updated. I did see some wear and tear in them, but the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast that was included was very good. They had pancakes, eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits, assorted muffins, breads, bagels, and cereal. They also had yogurt, donuts, cinnamon buns. There was juice, milk, water and hot coffee all day.
We really enjoyed ourselves and our son had a great time too! We would definitely go back and stay again!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Ultra-convenient to Spring Training
My second stay at this great location. Went for a Jays Spring Training game, and walked along the bicycle trail to the stadium. After the game, I enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel is very up to date, with a friendly staff, great rooms, and ample breakfast choices.
