Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Friendly Our stay in Durham was quite short, as I was touring colleges in New England with my 16 year old daughter. We arrived a bit late, but were relieved to walk into a warm and welcoming lobby with fire burning. Although we had to wait a bit until the check in staff was available, she was quite friendly and accommodating. She gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation where we had a truly wonderful meal. (Three Chimneys?) Anyway, I recommend this place. The room was clean and exactly what the Holiday Inn Express always provides. April 1, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent welcome Right from the start we were welcome even though we were early for check in. The girl went out of her way way to see if she could check us in. Later in the day she made sure we were comfortable with our room and later when we asked for a later check out there was no problem. We will return again. March 1, 2013

Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed a quiet night, nice workout in the fitness room and a plentiful breakfast just minutes from the University of New Hampshire. February 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent enough place I have stayed here three or four times and it is good, not great but good, plenty of hot water and clean rooms. The people who work here are very friendly and seem to care. I would stay here again. One weird problem with the tv service in room. They use Comcast and not a satellite service provider like Dish or Direct TV...the TV turns on manually then u use the remote to turn on the box..... oh well...i was there for one night and one night only so it was ok.
