Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Inaccurate Reservation I use a wheelchair full-time. I requested a shower bench, when I made the reservation. I confirmed it a week ahead. I requested a 1st floor room (in case of fire). However, when I arrived, I was put on the 2nd floor and was told they were out of shower benches. Unfortunately there was another major event in town that weekend; and all of the other hotels were booked. Luckily there were no issues with the elevator. November 2, 2012

We were a bit concerned because the hotel was hosting a reunion weekend, but the rooms were well-insulated and if there was any noise we didn't have a problem with it. It was a very good stay.
