Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Entrance/Exit of the hotel parking lot Overall the hotel is fabulous! the only drawback that I have experienced is exiting the hotel parking lot. To gain access to Interstate 40, the guest has to exit to the right and then attempt a difficult U-turn onto heavy traffic towards I-40 East or West. To enter from NC 54, a driver must go to the traffic light beyond the hotel to make an even diffucult U-turn to enter into the hotel parking lot. March 23, 2015

The staff honored our requests to have rooms close to one another and our rooms were side by side. My room was comfortable and there was room to relax. Good value for the price. March 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute and a welcome relief I wasn't planning on flying to Raleigh as I was supposed to fly to Charleston, SC but weather changed all of that. The entire hotel staff at Raleigh were great and made the stay a real pleasant experience. My plane didnt arrive until 1:05 am but the hotel sent a taxi to pick me up and return me to the hotel. The next morning i worked out in the exercise facility and was happy with that. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The shuttle back to the airport were very nice and offered to wait to make sure my connections went smooth. March 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All Was Great, Except... The room, breakfast, location - all of that was great. And a great price. Well, one morning the milk at breakfast was chunky and spoiled and expired...but other than that breakfast was fine. The workout room could use an upgrade. The staff was very nice and very helpful...except for two slight issues. I went to the front desk to ask a question at about 6:30am on morning. The front desk clerk was asleep in the office area. I could see him and hear him snoring. I said, "excuse me" a couple of times then just left. One night I went to the front desk looking for one bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The front desk clerk looked in the drawer and did not find any. She looked in the back briefly and did not find any. She came back and told me she was out of conditioner and lotion - a shipment had not yet arrived. I asked if she could check with housekeeping. She said no, the entire hotel was out. I asked what the staff was putting in the newly cleaned rooms. The front desk clerk stared at me blankly and said, again "there's a shipment coming, the whole hotel is out until that shipment arrives tomorrow or the next day". An hour later I went back (after shift change), and the front desk clerk immediately located conditioner and lotion in the drawer. That same clerk who did not know about the mini bottles was advised by me of the spoiled milk from breakfast that morning. She asked if I told someone that morning, to which I replied I had no because I had taken the milk to go and did not realize the disgustingness until later. The front desk clerk "tsk'd" me and shook her head, like it was my fault and I should have said something sooner. Then she left a note on the counter. Other than that, everything else was great, especially the room. March 4, 2015
