Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff. A good stay. Very efficient and friendly staff on a daily basis. Breakfast area could use some improvements. The OJ was very watery most times although the staff did attempt to address the problem when it was pointed out. Coffee grounds in the coffee on a daily basis. Pastries were not appetizing. They appeared very small and dry. (I didn't eat them because of their appearance.) I experienced and observed others who were having difficulty actually getting their hot food....eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc... as the shields did not stay up and each dish had a lid that had to be moved to get the food. Not enough hands to hold the shield...move the lids (which were very hot)...and really nowhere to move them to...and hold your plate and utensil to get the food to the plate. Almost made it not worth the hassle. The staff there were very good but I didn't feel they had the best to work with. November 24, 2014

The only issue is that there is a railroad behind the hotel and every once in a while you hear trains go through. Otherwise, very quiet and relaxing place. November 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Direction given by staff When we asked the lady at the desk about places to eat and we were asking about a Mexican restaurant all she told us was turn right out of parking lot and its down on the left. Ok we thought that was simple enough. It would have been nice had she stated that we should turn left onto the road it was on and that this town does not have signs that light up at night (IT WAS VERY DARK) and that we would have to look closely for it. Was very disappointed in the directions as well as the restaurant. November 21, 2014

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the amenities we sufficient to allow me to come and go as needed without searching for an attendant to assist me or solve a problem. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to RTP, clean and comfortable, but poor breakfast First the good: plenty of parking, comfortable rooms, very clean and tidy and a good location for RTP and surrounding area. The bad: very limited choice for breakfast and all served on disposable plates/cutlery/cups. Not a very nice experience first thing in a morning. The sound proofing between bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired, too, although the bedrooms themselves do seem to fare better. November 17, 2014
