The room configuration was great for 4 people. The front desk and maintenance were very helpful. We were part of a soccer team and the dining area was great for evening get togethers and pizza night. Our only complaint was towell service. We had 4 in our room and the maids consistently left 3 towell sets. No problem getting what we needed, just a bit inconvenient. All in all an excellent stay.

NCE CLEAN ROOMS, COMFORTABLE BEDS, AND FRIENDLY STAFF. NICE HOTEL AND HAVE STAY MULTIPLE TIMES. I WISHED IT HAD AN INDOOR POOL.

I have stayed here on business twice and both times have had a nice king room. This time my stay was for four nights. The staff was all really pleasant- I got in late on a Monday night and the girl at the desk couldn't have been nicer. They ran a "manager's reception" on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings that were good. The man running the bar was a great guy. The only downside to the room has been the location of the TV. It's around a corner from the desk so you can see it from bed and a chair but not when working at the desk. I like to have a game on while I'm working. Restaurants in the immediate area are kind of limited but at my first stay the man who checked me in gave me a list of a number of area establishments. The breakfast selection was decent but they didn't keep up with refilling the trays at times. I'll stay here again.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the standard fare for HI but I always enjoy this. This one thing I didn't like was the accessability from one direction was not easy. You had to drive past the hotel and do a U turn and come back to enter into the hotel parking lot.

Room was above hot water boiler on 3 occasions we've stayed here and was very noisy. Parking lot lights kept room lighted at night because curtains were flimsy and see-through. In wall heating and AC unit was noisy and had no thermostat requiring repeated getting up to adjust.

Great experience. Stayed at other places in area and this topped them all. Easy access from I40 and reasonable rates.

The one night stay was very good, comfortable bed, all amenities,
quiet.. Room 120 a nice location Ice machine broken on the floor and the air handler system was inconsistent in temperature regulation.
Will return... great location and pleasant,helpful staff and management.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The only issue was as during a shower the shower curtain rod fell out of the wall and the curtain fell off. We were given a new room with no questions. This seems to be acommon problem with Holiday Inn. I have experienced very loose and not secure shower curtain rods at multiple locations.
