Very convenient to the Airport and to the company I was visiting. There is a good range of restaurants within a 3 mile radius of this hotel.

We arrived earlier than our reservation but the front desk readily made it possible to get us a room and keep us that room throughout our whole stay. Did not have to change rooms during our stay. Excellent front desk service!

This hotel was great. I checked in late but was so easy and they were ready for me. My room was clean and bedding changed daily, all week long. I was greeted every time I entered or left, no matter what time of day or night.
Breakfast was always hot and fresh.
I am actually back again this week for another stay.
They have a great thing going here.

I like to stay at Holiday Inn properties because of the consistent quality. This property was no exception. I do not typically write reviews, but for this property I feel like I need to compliment the staff. I only stayed one night, and scooted to my meetings early in the morning. On my way back to the airport from the rental car drop-off I received a call from the hotel informing me that I had left my personal keys in my room - oops. I told them that I would catch a cab and come get the keys once I got to the airport. They immediately replied that me coming was not necessary - that they would send a driver with my keys. What fantastic service. I truly appreciated the follow-up calls and the service with a smile.

When I got to the hotel my reservation was not on file in the system even though I had a confirmation number. Luckily there were other rooms available, but when I got to my room I discovered there was someone already in it! Luckily the person was in the bathroom with the door closed and I left immediately. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn.
