Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the norm! Why wouldn't the breakfast be ready to go by 6:00. Running a tight schedule and arrived both mornings at 6:00. The lights weren't even on yet. Person setting up Didn't appear to be a morning person and seemed to have An attitude. Didn't get chance to eat anything hot as it wasn't Put out until 6:10. Will be staying across the street my next trip down. June 28, 2015

The bathroom grout areas need cleaning and could really use a vent. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is good. June 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Too Busy To Be Bothered I am a Platinum member and rented two rooms for 4 family members (all seniors). The rooms were on the top floor and were at opposite ends of the hall. Did not get an upgrade, did not get any receipt or documentation indicating we stayed at the hotel. (even though these were rewards nights I would expect some type of documentation.) Staff was discourteous, aloof and appeared to be uninterested and not concerned with questions, needs, or potential floor ground floor rooms or possible upgrade to patio door rooms. This is the first time I have EVER used any rewards points and it seemed as though that made a difference, as soon as they knew I was using rewards points the attention plummeted. As far as I am concerned, the points equal dollars. I have stayed at countless HIE sites and have almost always had a pleasant experience. This was contrary to the norm. There was construction going on, but I've been at many properties before when construction was occurring and the staff usually tries harder to please. June 11, 2015
