The staff are always very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I really enjoy my once a month stay.

Stayed here with the family for a Mall of America trip. Location is about 10 mins away but a very simple drive. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Building a bit dated but interior is nice and the rooms are big. Good breakfast, big and clean rooms, nice staff, and reasonable priced, I will stay here again for our yearly weekend trip to MOA.

My two boys were very impressed with the breakfast bar staff, particularly Dennis, and the food. Dennis was friendly and helpful and they loved the variety of food offered. Bacon was their favorite.
I was impressed with the morning front desk person, who went out of her way to accommodate my family when we arrived early last Friday morning. Excellent service.
I also appreciated the pool being open extra hours for adults and thought the pool area was very well maintained. The pool temperature was just right.

This was reasonably priced for sleeping, eating breakfast, shuttle to the airport, and keeping our vehicle while we were on vacation. They even gave us free drink tickets to the restaurant next door. Very easy to find in a busy city.

My husband and I found this HI to be a very nice place except for one thing, the LOW toilets. We are seniors and have arthritis and the extremely low toilets make it difficult for us to get off of them. I used the bathroom down the hall in the lobby whenever possible.

We spent two nights here on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. All of the staff was phenomenal, from the front desk attendant to the breakfast cook to the shuttle driver to the housekeepers. They were all very polite, friendly, and accommodating. I loved not having to park at the Mall of America on Black Friday. I loved the flexibility of the staff. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit the Twin Cities.

I arrived late at night and was greeted by a friendly person. She made me feel welcomed, answered my questions, and the check-in was quick and efficient. My room was very comfortable. I especially liked the darkening curtains and use of the blower to muffle traffic sounds. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the room was clean. The newspaper and receipt slipped under my door without a noise. Breakfast was awesome! I cannot eat meat or dairy but found plenty to eat.
If I were to be picky ... the free beverage coupons given at check-in could not be used during my stay as I arrived late in the evening, but I would have liked to use them in the morning. Also, had this not been a business trip, I wouldn't be able to pay the nightly cost to stay there even though my experience was awesome!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are heading out of town. Reasonable rates that include parking and transportation to the airport. The staff was very helpful when I lost my cell phone on vacation and searched their transit van a number of times to try to locate it. I would certainly recommend to others!!

Our stay was very relaxing. We took advantage of the pool & the hot tub. It was also very nice having the shuttle service take us to the Mall of America. It is very handy having the Green Mill right next door so you can go enjoy a good meal and a few drinks and not have to drive anywhere.
