My husband is handicapped and needs to be in a transport chair. I was frustrated that I could only bring him in the front door because there were no curb cuts on the sides of the building. It would be nice if you would make the other entrances more accessible.

We stayed at Eagan Holiday Inn Express in room 128. The sink backed up while I was in shower. Faucet was off but water was overflowing on to floor. It would pause, then start flowing again.
We called front desk and maintenance came. He was very good seeking cause but he was still at it after we returned from breakfast. (2 hours)
We decided to finished our toiletry tasks in the pool area bathrooms.
When we checked out, the front desk clerk said since we paid in points we were good. I had told him we were the people with the overflowing sink, had been inconvenienced and would like partial refund. He said we paid in points and he could try but was not sure. Not sure if he thinks they have no value or have a super high value. I was left with the impression that we should be lucky that anything worked since we used points, and to get over it.
Neither clerk had a name tag. I asked and he said Jesse.
Prior to the sink issue, all was good.
They need remedial customer service training, a checklist to follow and contact 30 and 60 minutes after a customer reports an issue to follow and offer a different toilet option, and managers need to check employee uniforms even on Sunday morning to ensure they are representing the hotel correctly. This feels more like a leadership issue not training staff to take this chance and deliver the best service.
Sad ending to fun.
