Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A place to stay while working The hotel was clean and staff was friendly, walls are thin so you can hear the TV and people snorring in the next room. This was the first time I ate a Turkey sausage paddy for breakfast. I never had time to use the pool or gym. As a club member I was not sure if I was suposed to get anything special at check in. Rooms well furnished, bed, desk, large chair w/ottoman with sufficient space to move around. Not cluttered. Bathrooms are spacious as well, you don't feel like your in a box. Bed was firm and comfortable. Parking lot well lit. Breakfast area was clean, food was hot, staff very attentive to keep food areas filled and area clean. Recommend hotel for business and/or pleasure. February 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Eagle Pass, TX Holiday Inn Express Upon my check out, it took 20 minutes to check out. My tax exempt form was not documented correctly and the manager and front desk girl spent the time trying to figure out how to remove the taxes. My credit card was charged for these taxes and it took 3 days to get my money back. This caused an inconvenience and it didn't have to happen. The day I checked out, I received the bill under my door and noticed the taxes were on the bill. At 6am I called the front desk and asked them to fix the bill so that when I check out later, I wouldn't have to wait for them to fix the bill...I checked out at 8am and nothing had been done to remove the taxes. I had to wait 20 minutes just to check out because they were working on my bill.......this was the very thing I was trying to avoid when I called at 6am . February 10, 2015
