It got real steamy and stuffy. only way to freshen up the bathroom was to leave door wide open. December 11, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Breakfaast experiencce I have always stayed at this property when visiting Eagle Pass. truthfully, I am an IHG member and like the rewards. However, the breakfast has a lot to be desired. First, they only offer turkey sausage, usually under microwaved and chewy, like the pancakes. The other choice is hard, cold biscuits. But my biggest complaint is the staff. First off, the staff is free to go "compete' with the guests for fresh food. They are first in line with their plates. Secondly, in my last stay, I heard an elderly couple say they live down the road and only go there for breakfast. #Huh? no one is monitoring this?# Then there is the staff attendant. When I was there Wednesday Dec 3rd, she spent over 45 minutes at a table with a guest trying to get her and her husband "Qualified" for some assistance program that the guest represented. Never mind there was no food for the other guests, she was more interested in her qualifying for assistance than attending the food. Management needs to pay more attention to the only amenity this hotel offers and pick up their game so to say. I will stay there again for the rewards, not for their service. Oh an P.S. the front desk didn't offer the points or snack bag option. I had to tell the receptionist that I would like the welcome points please, even though she didn't offer. -Please address.
