Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent space but lack of customer service Upon arriving at the hotel, my friend and I had room reservations but were space far apart and on different floors which made it dificult to communicate and spend time together. When I asked that we be put closer together the front counter employee, flat out said NO..it is not possible. I was uncomfortable that my room was at the end of the hall but to make matters worse that night, it seems that someoen made a mistake between our room and the stairwell and tried to get into the room. This lasted a few moments and then they/he was gone. At checkout, I was going to mention this but the attendant did not seem too interested. I am willing to give this location another chance but after that I will be looking else where. January 23, 2013

I try to choose this hotel when it is available as the work area is very comfortable and I get a good nights sleep in a clean comfortable room. In the pass I've asked about a Military discount and was told they didn't do Military discount, but when I asked for the Military discount on 11/02/2012 it was given. When I checked out on 11/03/2012 I asked why I was told during my previous stay that Eagle Pass didn't give Military discount. I was told it was a clerk that no longer work at this location who told everyone this because she didn't care. November 8, 2012
