Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not like this hotel Cleanliness needs to improve greatly. Staff needs to pick up room service dishes more promptly. There were dirty dishes outside my room more than 24 hours. Hot tub was slimy and dirty. Bathroom lighting was missing bulbs. August 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty view but............ I'm not sure if this is a staff or management problem, but this hotel just couldn't get it right during my stay. I was out of my room for over 12 hours on a Monday, and I came back completely worn out only to find that my room had not been cleaned, nor the bed made. Thankfully, the night manager (John) was able to get someone from housekeeping to make my bed and get me clean towels. But it just didn't get better - dirty coffee pot, hairs in the sink, etc. August 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't expect an early breakfast i was told at checkin that breakfast started at 530, i wanted to leave around 5 but figured i'd wait and get the hot breakfast before getting back on the road. hung around until 545, no coffee, no breakfast, just some hot water and instant oatmeal was all that was available. I asked the front desk where the breakfast was, she pointed to the empty counter and said it's all there. sigh. btw, the bathroom door in room 108 won't shut. July 29, 2014
