Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Terrific Staff and Comfy Room When I go to Eagle to visit my daughter I always stay at the Eagle Holiday Express. Diana and John Paul and always welcoming and accommodating, they remember the room I enjoy best and try to place me there each visit. I work at a hotel in Aspen and am, of course, have a critical eye when it comes to other hotels, but I can say only lovely things about the staff, the hotel and the rooms. Try them next time you are in Eagle, you will enjoy, and feel cozy and comfy. Laine June 1, 2013

Our stay in Eagle CO was a great one because of the ammenities and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the kind, curteous and thoughtfulness of front desk staff member Diana. Diana was extremely friendly and genuinly happy to help us not only get a room but to get one at an affordable rate. Diana upgraded our room in order to make our stay much more enjoyable, its that kind of thoughtfulness that makes a customer want to make Holiday Inn their only option when traveling. I will most definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Eagle CO again! May 25, 2013

Despite the chaos from the closure of HWY70 which forced thousands of people to re-adjust their plans, the manager who was working the front desk kept an amazing sense of composure and focus to help everyone she could. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by They need help Recently spent a couple of nights here. The checkin process is looonnnggg. The front desk lady was very nice and accomodating, but she needs a hand. It took her a long time to check me in due to the hotel's computer system. The rooms are old and the beds are flat and in need of replacement. The van is also old. It broke down while I was there. My observations are based upon staying at a newer Holiday Inn Express in Texas and it was wonderful. Hopefully it's renovation time soon at the Eagle HIE. Love those cinnamon rolls! February 16, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beware of breakfast times... We had a great stay at this hotel on a recent ski trip to Beaver Creek. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the drive from the airport and to the ski resort was convenient. The hot tub, following a great day of skiing, was amazing! Our only disappointment was that the free breakfast was not available when it was supposed to be. The posted sign specifically said breakfast was available starting at 5:30am. We got downstairs right at 5:30 since we would have just enough time to eat and then run over to the airport for our flight home. We waited around until 5:45 for the hot food to be brought out, and when it still wasn't out 15 minutes later we got frustrated and left -- so we got stuck buying expensive breakfast food at the airport instead of being able to have the free breakfast that was supposed to be included with our stay. No decaf coffee was out (one person if our group couldn't have caffeine for medical reasons), and we had to specifically ask for the juice machine to be turned on, and the yogurt fridge to be unlocked just so we could get a small bite to eat. Please make sure your adhere to posted breakfast times and have a full hot breakfast available at 5:30am if that is what your posted sign is going to advertise. Thank you. January 26, 2013
