Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stop on a long drive. We had to drive across country to retrieve items from our grandparents home. We decided to try the Holiday Inn Express in Eagle and we are glad we did. We had a good night's sleep in a clean and quiet room. We had to depart prior to breakfast, but we did take a great cup of coffee and a banana that were already out and available. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is that the pool area is depressing. The pool was not very warm and the hot tub was not hot. The pool and spa were peeling on the bottom and the area it is located in looks like I am in a hospital setting. For as nice as the rest of the common areas and room looked, this place looked like a forgotten closet. Very unappealing. August 29, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet location Even though its next to I-70 in Eagle Colorado, you can't hear the traffic while in your room unless your window is open. I recommend stopping here if your traveling through to Utah or to Denver if you need to rest your eyes. August 25, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not like this hotel Cleanliness needs to improve greatly. Staff needs to pick up room service dishes more promptly. There were dirty dishes outside my room more than 24 hours. Hot tub was slimy and dirty. Bathroom lighting was missing bulbs. August 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty view but............ I'm not sure if this is a staff or management problem, but this hotel just couldn't get it right during my stay. I was out of my room for over 12 hours on a Monday, and I came back completely worn out only to find that my room had not been cleaned, nor the bed made. Thankfully, the night manager (John) was able to get someone from housekeeping to make my bed and get me clean towels. But it just didn't get better - dirty coffee pot, hairs in the sink, etc. August 22, 2014
