Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Aaron was very accommodating, I asked to view the different style rooms and Aaron set that up for me. All of the staff are very pleasant, makes one want to come back again...Nice place to stay when away. For those with food allergies, having something other than bagged/carton eggs or the pre-cooked eggs are not edible. It would be nice to have "real" hard boiled eggs, still in the shell, the ability to order eggs cooked. May 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Travel I was at this property because it took me close to where I was conducting business. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Upon walking into the room, there was a very refreshing smell. I must say, it was likely the cleanest, most comforting smell I have experienced in any hotel room and I travel frequently for business. very impressed with that. I was a bit surprised that the television, albeit had a lot of channel variety, did not offer regular ESPN. All around, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this property to others. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Representative was courteous, helpful and working hard! Pool is small and no hot tub which was disappointing to my teenagers. Room was nice however I did find hairs from previous guest in many locations in our bathroom. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The front desk person was working all alone and hustling to get everyone taken care of and happy. He deserves a raise! April 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staycation We booked this room for our Spring Break staycation for one night with our niece and my son who is home on leave from the military. We specifically were interested in the pool. We tried to check in at 3:15 pm (when check-in was at 3 pm) and had to wait for our room to be ready until 4 pm. That was 1 hour of pool time for the kids that was lost. When we got to our room, there were only 3 towels for the 4 of us (even though I had specified 4 people when I made the reservation AND at check-in). We called down and the towels arrived a short time later. That night, after dinner and more pool time, we pulled out the couch for the niece to sleep on and there was no bedding on the couch or in the closet. When we called down to have it brought up, we were told that she was alone and couldn't bring it up to us. We were all in our pj's and someone had to get dressed to go downstairs to retrieve the bedding. The next morning, we called down to see if we could use the pool earlier than the opening time (10 am) and were told that it had been open since 8 am (???). The pool water was cold and so was the pool room. Pretty disappointed in our stay. April 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable This location was comfortable and accommodating. There had been some issues with our company's multiple reservations and they were taken care of by friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The fitness center is a little lacking and the carpets in the halls could use some attention. March 4, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service When I checked in the guy at the front desk was more interested in watching sports center instead of taking care of me. Breakfast choices were poor and there we no refrigerators or micro waves in the room. I will not return. February 27, 2013
