Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, relaxing, great customer service I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is our second time staying here and we will be back. Very quiet, and relaxing. The beds are VERY comfortable. Very clean and a nice atmosphere when you enter the lobby. The breakfast was very appealing, and the children loved the pool. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Highly recommended! February 19, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little hard to find, but worth the effort This property is off the beaten path a bit - and the directions aren't very well marked, but after finally finding it, I decided that if my son ends up at MSU - this is where we will stay every time. Just a few minutes from campus and great shopping and restaurants, but out of the way enough to be quiet. Very clean with friendly, helpful staff and a large breakfast area. We were really pleased. I would just recommend that they mark the directions from the freeway more clearly and light up the drive - it was very easy to miss on a snowy Michigan night. February 7, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old and wore out No fridge or micro wave in room. Every day had to get new keys made. No equipment in exercise room and pool cool. Staff not very freindly and couldn't due anything but a[poligize. I would not stay there again or recomend it to a freind. January 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay I will be the first to admit that I am not usually impressed with hotels. Our experience/stay here however, was almost perfect. The only draw back was being next to the "water" room and listening to the hum on the other side of the wall for 3 days. The breakfast room attendant did an outstanding job and Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond for us. Housekeeping did a great job and were friendly. Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. January 10, 2013
