Nice hotel along with friendly employees. I notice there was some other guests outside in the parking lot and they seem to really like it at that hotel. They said that we will love it and even offered us to join them for food.
This was such a pleasant surprise and it made my long drive to get here worth it. Kudos to the General Manager for having an awesome crew.

This was a very nice hotel. The employees were friendly and were fast to recommend places, they will even google things for you. The manager was super nice and seems to care about her employees and her guests. this was really a rare find for a well priced hotel. I will definitely be back.

We belong to Priority Club and were stranded in Eastland TX. on Labor Day week-end. We were given a ride to Holiday INN after 2 hours of being stranded on side of the road, Thanks to Denise and her Assistant Manager they were able to find us a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I really felt like they were concerned about our well being... Thanks to all who helped 3 very tired and hot travels fine peace of mind and a good nights rest.

There aren't many options in Eastland, so we picked this hotel. The rooms were pretty nice. The only issues I had were the breakfast was mediocre and the cabled internet didn't work. Otherwise, it was a good choice.

Hotel was relatively new. Wireless internet in room was very bad, to non-existent. Air conditioning kicked on and off, making it difficult to get comfortable due to the extreme heat. When it was on, it was comfortable, but when it was off, it was not. Since hotel was fairly new, it was mostly clean. Could use some detailed cleaning to keep it that way, however, such as wiping down the doors in the bathroom and walls in the room when things are splattered on them.
With all that said, overall, it was not a bad stay, it was an okay stay. Staff at front desk was super nice. We will likely stay again when in the area.

Comfortable large room
Eggs at breakfast were bad. Poor selection
Quoted room price via corporate customer service but charged a higher price at checkout. Clerk would not correct to price quoted. Clerk said that the hotel was privately owned and that Holiday Inn corporate does not know their rates. Terrible answer for customer satisfaction.
