l' Hotel è pulito, il personale è cortese anche se parla solo inglese.
da apprezzare la vicinanza al capolinea del tram da e per l' aeroporto. Inoltre in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e la città vecchia

Decent and clean hotel with very attentive staff. The blinds in the room shut out the daylight if you need to, but otherwise it is light and airy.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Andrew.L1 Handy central location and a comfortable stay
I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in June 2016. The main reasons were the location within walking distance of the city centre, the availability of car parking and trust in the Holiday Inn Express brand to provide a reasonable standard of accommodation for the price. It met or exceeded my expectations in most respects. Friendly helpful staff, a larger room than I'd expected and a high standard of cleanliness were some of the highlights. The included breakfast didn't have the greatest choice of food items, but seemed reasonable for the price and they're happy for guests who are in a hurry to take out food for a "breakfast on the go". I used the hotel's car park as I had little option but to arrive by car - central Edinburgh isn't car-friendly, so it's better to come by train if you have the choice. The car park is very small, it's not cheap and it wasn't possible to pre-book/reserve a space, however it worked out OK for me. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Indi jones Very good location
There are stairs we need to climb up and down to reach the elevator. So when you are bringing in or takin gout luggage it tests your fitness levels. The breakfast area is a bit congested. No variety in breakfast.
But otherwise the room was good.Very minimalist furniture. Open wardrobe, didnt like that design. No iron/ironing board. The location is very convenient right next to the tram starting point and near princess street.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AMD5 Excellent Location
Hotel in old Georgian building close to reataurants, cinema, theatre and additional parking. Nearby access to Carlton Hill and close to Princess street. Have stayed here before and will do so again. Only criticism is I would prefer the option of air conditioning, rather than an electrical fan and could do with electrical points beside the bed.

This is a hotel located in an excellent spot in Edinburgh. The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
We checked into the hotel about an hour before the Edinburgh Hibernians soccer team and their fans came by to celebrate their win of the Scottish Cup. It was the first time in 114 years, if I remember correctly!
