The two lovely young ladies ( Ester and Shelly) were so very helpful in both locating the nearest Mazda dealership and ensuring that we were able to extend our stay an extra 2 nights. They helped minimize a very stressful time. Thank you so much. Everything else about the hotel was also very good - room was clean, comfortable; breakfasts were great. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed - but don't get excited about the breakfast or gym Almost any hotel can offer a decent bed, clean room, and a breakfast for free. And this Holiday Inn is just another of those hotels. Nothing outstanding. The staff at Holiday Inns always seem to only enable my key for 1 day, even though I usually stay 2 or 3. This is annoying, and has happened several times at Holiday Inns in Western Canada. So I take marks off the staff for this. The free breakfast is dull. Barely acceptable. More marks off here. You'll have to leave the gym to change your mind - its very small and the equipment is out of date. No excuses. The pool, steam room and jacuzzi are good. I travel often throughout Western Canada, and on future trips I will go out of my way to stay at independent hotels who offer rooms at the same rate but provide better value. July 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a bad hotel, but made for a difficult wedding day Staff were not on-point for our wedding ceremony and had to do much of the coordination myself. I don't often leave negative reviews but I wouldn't recommend hosting one of the most important events of your life at this hotel. Nice people, just quite disorganized in our experience. July 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A bit old but quiet & nice staff. The hotel is starting to show it's age but renovations are being done & over all it is a good hotel with friendly staff. Best of all the rooms are quite. Even on the weekend. The only down fall is that the parking can be tight & limited. There were times when we just sat & waited till a spot came available . Next time I am going to park on arrival & use the LRT train to get around. There are two stations close by and the rates are reasonable. July 2, 2014
