Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and comfortable bed Love staying at this hotel! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. On my most recent stay, I was recognized by the staff member checking me in, who then introduced me to the other staff member at the front desk. My room was (as always) clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect, with a mattress that wasn't too firm or soft, and pillows that make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The central location of the hotel meant that I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to visit in the downtown core. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location and Stay in Edmonton My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Edmonton was lovely. The hotel is under construction right now but that fact did not impact my stay - the room was very nice - the new mattresses and pillows are amazing. The location of this hotel is very good for getting around in Edmonton - easy to get downtown as well as over to the south side. I will stay here on my next visit. September 24, 2014

Just make sure your room has a fridge and please provide more vegetarian/vegan options on your otherwise excellent breakfast! September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great stay My family and I got to stay in this hotel while I was on business. The staff were very nice and friendly. They met our needs and went the extra mile. I enjoyed the breakfast with my family and the staff at breakfast were so attentive. The hotel was under renovations but everything was safe and the wonderful staff made our stay so nice we did not pay attention to the clutter. September 23, 2014
