I'm sorry but I don't know the lady that opens up every morning for breakfast, but she is super nice and an outstanding asset to your business. You should award her outstanding work. I've traveled for 5 years all over the U.S. with my company and I would have to rate her as probally the most pleasant and professional lady I've seen. She goes the extra mile to be pleasant, not just someone serving breakfast that does not have to be. It makes a difference. September 10, 2014

Upon entering the building you are greeted by your name and your reservation is waiting for you at the front desk. Once you check into your room, the front desk staff call your room to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. Even the janitor and cleaning staff, ask if your stay is going well. At the conclusion of your stay, your final bill is slipped under your door for ease of checking out. The staff complete your stay with asking if you need help to plan you next stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel, very clean, great beds. We were exhausted and rushed and needed a quick check-in and a really good night's rest. We got that and more. Staff were competent and friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We felt refreshed for the next busy day. We will return! September 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by room was not ready Booked a night on points as a platinum guest. Room was under construction and was not cleared in the system as not ready. Online system booked a room that wasn't guest ready. No other rooms available. Had to stay in that room with construction in progress and paint/ fumes. Pour quality. No refund of points was offered even ata minimum. .. September 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad, but expensive Overall not bad. Clean. Nice big room (king suite). Air conditioning thermostat didn't work at first, had to take the cover off the thermostat to keep the AC running properly. Wireless internet kept disconnecting. I could hear television noise from the adjacent room. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, decent quality. Friendly staff. Location is right beside the LRT rails, so there is some train noise throughout the night, and the view from the window was poor. August 29, 2014
