Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ommited to tell us about front entrance closure and trains I was quite disappointed that we were not informed, at the time of booking, of the closure of the front entrance. This left us with a cumbersome process of using a distant side entrance. No feeling of security on entering or leaving. An evening of non sleep due to the constant rumblings of trains and the LRT. Front (quieter) rooms were available so I am unsure as to why these were not offered. Calls were not routed to rooms (my husband called 9 times before suceeding) when I went to the front desk, I was left waiting as the desk clerk was on her cell phone in conversation. She did say, after after completing her conversation while I waited, she was speaking to her manager. I assume this was the reason my husband had to call 9 times. July 26, 2014

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had some internet connection issues, but the staff and their internet tech were able to resolve them. July 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A definate must stay! We have been staying in this particular Holiday Inn for the past 5 or 6 years. It has been updated and looks as good as it feels when you walk in. The staff are efficient and friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. We are greeted immediately when we walked in and every time we came or left the building we received a smile or a good morning. We will stay here every time we come to Edmonton. June 25, 2014
