Had two rooms and both were great.Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was very clean. Slept very well. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were SO comfortable. Our kids used the pool and had a great time and the breakfast had lots of choices. Overall we would definitely stay here again, and would be probably seek out a Holiday Inn Express wherever we go.

This hotel is certainly over-priced for what it offers. The sitting area in the suite was shabby and dim. Carpets and furniture could use an upgrade. We wanted enough beds for the number in our party which was 3 people. Thus, we needed 2 queen beds. AS an upgrade the suite did not provide the third person with a comfortable bed but a sofa bed. The sofa bed had a mattress that was very poor:you could feel every spring. We had to use several blankets to pad it so that the person using it could sleep. As it was, she ended up with a poor sleep and a very sore back. Because the hotel was sold-out, nothing could be done about this issue.

Internet is brutal. I had better internet in Afghanistan. Two weeks in a row. I complained, they reset everything, still no good. I don't choose to stay here, my company sends me here, but I hope that will change for the next four months. Elevator is annoyingly slow too. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly, but the internet thing just ruins this place for me and would not recommend it, especially if you rely on it/use it regularly. My first week, I had to "recharge" my room card every day, which was very frustrating with the slow elevator, back and forth thing. Conventional breakfast is fine if you have a conventional diet. I don't, but I don't expect them or any hotel to cater to my specific diet. Also, two different rooms so far, and both of the TV's are a huge frustration to deal with/turn on/turn off. Hard to say if it is the remotes or the TV itself or bad luck. If the staff and the cleanliness were not exceptional, I would rate this place a zero just for it's overall technical issues. Sorry, I don't like giving bad reviews, but this one was well-deserved. Hopefully it helps them change for the better so there won't be any more bad reviews. There's a lot of potential for this place to be an awesome hotel.

room was OK... lack of internet was a problem. front desk tried to correct the problem... but no luck.

Room and common areas clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Bed comfortable. Linens in good condition. Location convenient to services. Easy access to city arteries.
