Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I will ALWAYS stay at Edmonton North when I'm in town! To me, a hotel is a hotel, period. For the most part, they are all the same. If they are clean, have free breakfast, free wifi, etc. then you know what to expect. This hotel is no different, except that the hotel has a gym in the adjacent building and offers guests the chance to go to the gym free of charge! THIS IS GREAT!!! Being an avid Cyclist, I am always on the lookout for hotels with deals like this one. I was able to go to the gym and do a few rides to keep my fitness up while on the trip. It's not easy to stay in shape while travelling, but this hotel makes it SO much easier! I travel to Edomonton once every 6 weeks and will be making this my primary hotel while in town. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay except... Everything was fine except when we entered the room, we could tell someone had smoked in the room previously. It smelled like something was done to clean/remove the smoke smell but it was still there. I told the person at the front desk the next morning and he made a note of it for housekeeping (I will add that I did not ask to be moved to another room) Other than that, it was a good stay at your hotel Thank you November 25, 2013

I chose this hotel the first time primarily due to the convenience of it's location. I chose it for the second visit due to the friendliness and the willingness of the staff to make the experience pleasurable. I was recognized by Michelle as a returning customer. Michelle made a point of asking me if there was anything else that I needed during my stay. Your providing passes to the adjoining fitness facility is an added bonus. I will continue to use this hotel as my chosen place to stay on all of my future visits to Edmonton. November 23, 2013
