Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 the worst sleep for my money ever IHG has alot to learn about customer service. You spend thousands of dollars to convience every one how great your service is when a client has a problem you tell them that you can not help them. I called IHG twice and the hotel once and once again when I got there I asked them nicely if something could be done about the location and all I was told sorry can not help you. I have spent 25-30 years in the customer business and relied on repeat business and did very well I might ad. I most certinally did not chase paying customers away. I was not renting a cheap room and I never do. . January 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Girls weekend I was in Edmonton with a daughter, daughter - in-law and two granddaughters. We had origninally booked a king bed and a pullout but then there was a change of plans and there was no problem changing to a room with two queen beds. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. My 3 year old granddaughter is an early riser so it was nice to have the breakfast available at 6:30am even on a Sunday morning. The room was warm, but my fault - I should have checked the thermostat sooner- once I changed that, things were good. It was a great weekend. January 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and quiet, but why no family rooms? Why is there no such thing as a family room? We had to have our two kids sharing a queen sized bed. They were bugging each other all night. Didn't get much sleep and everybody was miserable driving the next day. Its a small thing, but I'm wondering to myself, why is this NOT a thing? Why are there pet-friendly hotels, but not KID-friendly hotels? It wouldn't be hard to swap out one queen for two twin sized beds. January 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Plain Jane and No Pain This is a work horse of a hotel. Nothing special or extraordinary, just simple clean bathrooms and rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is ample with basic choices. When it comes right down to it, the whole stay was more than adequate, but not fancy or luxurious. Bottom line - the bed is comfortable and you get a good night's sleep. We've stayed on both the train side and the parking lot side. We did not notice any appreciable noise either way, except the maid in the morning in the hallway who had a cold and was barking like a dog. Hard to sleep through that. December 19, 2014
