Front Desk Staff was not welcoming at all. One of the agents was a trainee and the agent training him was terrible. I was not once recognized for being an IHG member, and I had to offer myself the 2pm check out.

Customer service was top-notch, especially at the Breakfast Room.
Noise level in the guest room was good, except for a rather noisy bar fridge.
The furnace/air conditioner unit was a bit loud, but not bad.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was nice to see a good quality HD television in the room with adequate channel selection.
The hot tub was rather dirty on our third day of our stay, but nice and clean before that.
Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Room had no a/c and still had same problem after we were moved to another suite.
We ended up buying a fan and left window open to alleviate the extremely hot room.

the dumpy feeling mattresses made for sore backs coupled with the constant rail traffic directly behind the hotel made for some long nights with very little sleep.
The services and attentiveness of the staff was great except that the incorrect address was put on my receipts and made it very difficult for me to get my business claims settled.

I always stay at this hotel for business (about 4 times a year). No complaints!!

We called to upgrade our room after plans had changed. Was given 2-3 options for larger rooms. Chose the 2 queen suite, asked if it slept 6, was told yes. Upon check in find out we have a king suite, asked if it sleeps 6, no we do not have any rooms that sleep 6! We go up to the room, nice room for a queen suite. Queen bed in a seperate room with a pull out couch in the other. Very difficult for 6 people to sleep comfortably, 2 adults and 4 kids.

I had 3 rooms booked for 6 family members. Everyone was pleased with the hotel. Very clean, modern, and comfy. Beds were great, and pillows were so comfy. Swiss Chalet very close, so we liked being able to walk to get our dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was good--we loved the pancake machine. Would definitely stay here again.
