I have stayed in several Holiday Inn Expresses across Canada and the U.S. and honestly this is the BEST experience I have ever had. ALL of the staff were so pleasant, the rooms clean and very comfortable and the breakfast offered was the best every with such a great selection - I was so full my wife and I tipped the two girls that were looking after everyone - they were wonderful, helpful and very busy.
Congratulations on your staff - they have a very good culture!

The hotel was ok, if it wasn't for the cold hot tub that had hair, and other horrible things all in the foam I would have been able to enjoy this more. I wasn't happy about that as I didn't notice until I had been sitting in it for 5 minutes. Then I looked down and thought..."That is really gross" I told the staff who didn't seem to care, next morning i went down to see if had been cleaned and guess what.... Nope... exactly the same. So I didn't have my morning swim or hot tub.
So we are clear, It wasn't just a little bit of debris. It was like someone had shaved in the hot tub and did a foot scrub. It was very unpleasant.
Appart from that, room was clean and tidy and breakfast was good.

I really appreciated the temperature of the room. It was nice and cool. Most rooms are really hot when i arrive. Greatly appreciated.
Access from Gateway Boulevard is quite inconvenient. Would not have found your Hotel the first time i stayed if i didn't have G.P.S. in my car

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - the staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have more fruit options with breakfast - bananas were the only choice

The staff were great, especially the crew working in the Continental breakfast area. Was there with my elderly Mom and they just couldn't do enough to make sure she was looked after.
The hotel is so easy to approach Calgary Trail both from the south and north so made travelling around the city easy to navigate.
Our room was spacious, very quiet and the bed very comfy.
Definitely will stay again.

After trying to remain loyal as a Priority Club memeber, I'm finding that the recognition is becoming less and less for Platinum memebers. I wasn't acknowledged as a Platinum card holder, nor was I extended any of the benefits. When I checked into my room, I returned to the desk to ask about the free upgrade, as the hotel was clearly nowhere near full. I was told that since they were so slow, they hadn't made up the rooms from that day, so unfortunately there were no clean rooms to upgrade me to. I found this a terrible reason. I wasn't thanked for my patronage and had to ask about any of the benefits that are connected with my Platinum status. I try very hard to remain loyal, and feel that I should receive the benefits I earned and are promoted. I've noticed a few things slipping in the past year, but this visit confirmed my belief that earing a higher level is apparently more important to me than them.

Our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express, and we were very impressed. Interesting that no-one tried to enroll us in your Priority Club.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the breakfast room was well stocked and fresh, the room was clean and quiet. We faced the main road and were able to sleep with the window open. We stayed for three nights and we will stay there again.
