Access from Gateway Boulevard is quite inconvenient. Would not have found your Hotel the first time i stayed if i didn't have G.P.S. in my car May 13, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, quiet and relazing The staff were great, especially the crew working in the Continental breakfast area. Was there with my elderly Mom and they just couldn't do enough to make sure she was looked after. The hotel is so easy to approach Calgary Trail both from the south and north so made travelling around the city easy to navigate. Our room was spacious, very quiet and the bed very comfy. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum card holdeer was ignored After trying to remain loyal as a Priority Club memeber, I'm finding that the recognition is becoming less and less for Platinum memebers. I wasn't acknowledged as a Platinum card holder, nor was I extended any of the benefits. When I checked into my room, I returned to the desk to ask about the free upgrade, as the hotel was clearly nowhere near full. I was told that since they were so slow, they hadn't made up the rooms from that day, so unfortunately there were no clean rooms to upgrade me to. I found this a terrible reason. I wasn't thanked for my patronage and had to ask about any of the benefits that are connected with my Platinum status. I try very hard to remain loyal, and feel that I should receive the benefits I earned and are promoted. I've noticed a few things slipping in the past year, but this visit confirmed my belief that earing a higher level is apparently more important to me than them. April 15, 2013
