Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No HOT WATER! WI-FI kicks you off regularly. Pillows need to be replaced. NO HOT WATER. WI-FI would kick you off regularly. Pillows need to be replaced. No coffee available. Coffee pot in the room was broken and there wasn't any available at the front desk or guest waiting room where breakfast was served. Breakfast was cold, had to take back to room and heat it up. They didn't have enough staff to clean rooms so I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes after an exhausting 4 hr drive there for business. April 21, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable King Bed and Quiet Location This was our 2nd time staying at this Holiday Inn Property in the past 2 years. The King Bed is great as it has 2 box springs which allow for a great night's sleep for a couple. We requested a quiet room location and that was honored with a location on the top floor and a few doors down from the exit stairs. The equipment in the fitness center was in great shape with all features working. I could tell the machines had been recently serviced as they were quiet and ran smoothly. I appreciated the stability ball having been recently pumped up, a nice thick foldable exercise mat and a clean floor for floor exercises. The Breakfast setup was good. I'm a tea drinker and I really enjoy having a direct hot water line available instead of the pump pots. We'll plan to stay at this hotel again if in the Wichita area. March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn I love this hotel and stay there frequently for business. When I check in, the staff is great. My only advice to the front desk staff is to greet people as they are also leaving. Almost each time I am there, and leaving in the morning, the front desk staff never even looks up or says anything. Would be a nice touch to have them speak to the customers. Otherwise, I love this hotel. February 29, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful clean property This property is very nice. We did not have a good experience. We had not had anything to eat for several hours. We were pulling a trailer and did not want to go back out to eat. We decided we would get a microwave meal from the little store that most Holiday Inn Express have. We were told they did not have any of those but there were vending machines on 2nd and 3rd floors where we could get something. We were happy to see that we could get a burrito and warm it up, except the machine was out of order. There was another vending machine on the 2nd floor, but only had chips and ramen noodles. So my valentines dinner was a cup of ramen noodles which really tasted pretty good at this point. Other than that our stay was good and we will return if we are ever in the area February 20, 2016
