Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shelter in an ice storm Got in after driving 400 miles the last 200 in an ice storm. I had a senior moment and booked my reservation for March instead of February. The desk clerk was able to roll my reservation forward even though the hotel was pretty full. I was played out and getting a room meant a lot to me. March 2, 2015

If there is anything that needs correcting is the ottoman in room 105 Is worn pretty bad and should be replaced. The rest of my stay was perfect including the front desk person checking me out, I actually accidentally took my room keys with me and about 2 hours later I returned them and the same person was there and she thanked me by name which was impressive. When I am in the area overnight I always stay at this location and will continue to do so. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Frequent Resident This is my second home as I spend about 35-40 weeks/year at this hotel. The staff is always great and makes sure that we are taken care of each week. They really know how to treat their customers especially the ones who have become "regulars". It means a lot because we stay here so much it feels like home. The staff knows and greets us by name so the personal touch is there. Great place to stay if coming through town. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel This hotel was very accommodating to my fiance and I regarding our therapy/service cats. We were moving 14 hours away and had been on the road for quite sometime, and the last thing we needed was to be hassled regarding our cats. The front desk clerk was awesome in understanding why we had the cats with us and all she asked for was the paperwork showing that they were therapy/service animals (which is all that the ADA law says we need to do) and we had our keys and headed up to the room. The room was very comfortable and what I have grown accustom to when staying at Holiday Inn properties. February 18, 2015

From what I've heard from people who travel to El Dorado frequently this is the better hotel to stay at. February 17, 2015
