Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just about the best night of sleep! If there was a time and place that a fine hotel at a reasonable price was needed, this is it. For those who travel through on I-10 or are mobil workforce I recommend this place for your stays. The quite rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was well set up, and the choices were plenty. The friendly staff helped make you feel welcome. Oh and they are multi-lingual at this location. A great plus. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to move me into another room, but it was late and I didn't want to move so he sent someone to see what the problem was and was able to repair it right away. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick response to issue My daughter and I stayed here for one night on our way to Las Vegas. When we got to the room, there was a loud vibration noise. Being tired from a long day's drive from Austin, Tx, I did not want to listen to that noise all night. I figured out it was the refrigerator door. It was not closing tightly so it was rattling. I called the desk and asked for a maintenance person to come up and either tape the door shut or unplug the refrigerator. They asked if I wanted to move to another room but we had a lot of stuff we had taken out of the car because my daughter was moving to Las Vegas and we did not want to take the chance of the car being broken into. They offered to help move our stuff but we were tired and just wanted to relax. They sent a person up immediately who unplugged the refrigerator as we were not planning to use it anyway. The desk then called to make sure the problem was resolved and then gave us additional points on our rewards account for the inconvenience. Great service. February 3, 2015
