Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Muy mala experiencia, No reconcen a los Miembros Elite Al parecer en este hotel no tienen sentido del status de los Clientes, Soy miembro Platinum y normalmente en otros Holiday inn me dan la oportunidad de hacer Early Chek in y Late chek out, hice mi reservación para 2 cuartos en este hotel con mucha anticipación para poder obtener el tipo de habitación que requería, hice la petición por escrito de Erly Check in y Late check out, pero cuando llegue, primeramente no me reconocieron por ser miembro Platinum no me ofrecieron ni una botella de agua ni agradecieron mi lealtad, el cuarto no me lo proporcionaron sino 1 hora y media más tarde y el otro hasta 2 horas después tuvimos que amontonaros 9 personas un solo cuarto en el cual el sofacama estaba en muy malas condiciones totalmente inaceptable, con los resortes del colchón casi expuestos y amanecimos mi esposa y yo con dolor de espalda. Tampoco me dieron el late check out argumentando que había otros clientes que lo habían solicitado supuestamente antes que yo y me pidieron que desalojara el Hotel y al parecer no importo mi status por que la Gerente en turno me dijo que si quería dejar de ser miembro pues adelante... No me dieron los recibos de la salida... Horrible experiencia en el desayuno no había donde sentarse tuvimos que desayunar parados November 19, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very bad Experience, not what I was Expected Very bad Experience, not what I was Expected I made my reservation for 2 rooms with more than 2 weeks in advance to secure room availability, I'm Platinum member, and in other places I usually can request an Early Check In, and a Late Check out with no problem. Because of the complexity of my stay on that trip, I requested by writing when I did my reservation and a few days later by phone to which I was told it would be no problem only to communicate the day of the arriving in the morning, when we arrived at 12:00 pm, The person in the counter told us that the rooms were not available until 3 pm, she told me that they had the information in the reservation and a note but they could not do nothing and we had to wait, she told me that compensate with some extra points ( which I didn't got#. Then they only gave us 1 room at 1:30pm, the other room until 3 pm. I requested a late check out #1pm next day) that night and they told me that would be fine but need to confirm in the morning, and in the morning, The shift manager told me that there were other people who had Late Check Out also supposedly first than us, and that we have to leave the room... she didn't care about my status as a Platinum member and in fact this young Lady told me that if I wanted to stop being a member than go ahead, she did not care Also when we reached the counter, I didn't received even a mention or thanks for being a Platinum member or appreciation for loyalty, they even didn't offered me a single bottle of water ... I reserved a 2 Queen Bed Suite with sofa Bed because we were 5 people, and the Beds are ok actually they are very comfortable, but the Sofa Bed all the wires from the mattress were almost exposed , totally unacceptable, we couldn't sleep or relax, we even wake up with back pain. Thank IHG for this type of recognizing to your Platinum members... November 17, 2015
