I am in El Paso 2-3 nights per week, and needed the state government rate. After trying numerous hotels over a few months period, I settled on this one about 4 months ago. Staff is very friendly and inqure about the comfort/needs of the guests. Very quiet hotel. Breakfest buffet has all you would want, and then some.

Great stay at the hotel everything was good except for one small thing that was tiny concerning check out. I had asked for a late check out and it was heard and documented the day before at the desk by two employees and then the following day housekeeping was knocking and was not told of the late check out and the front desk person who knew of the late check out called and asked what time I was checking out...I was trying to get a few more hours of sleep before checking out but that did not last long. Otherwise things were great the property was clean and the staff courteous and great!

While the place is new and the accommodations are pretty nice for a mid priced hotel, my only beef is that they placed in a handicap suite for no reason. I know that I did not request it, but there I was. It was spacious but the bathroom was a little crowded for space..not enough on the sink and the towels were well out of reach.
Not sure if I'll choose this place again given the other options at the same price.

Briefly, this was a 5 Star staff and Inn. I have been a priority Club Member since 1986 and the professionalism at this Inn were "Hands Down" the best I've experienced.
The overall excellent service I personally received, as well as what I observed given to others at the Inn were exemplary.
The entire staff , from the front desk , to houekeeping, to the breakfast crew, were all friendly, sincere, and " empowered " to deal with problems. All employees seemed actually happy to be at work. and were all "invested" in the operation.
I specifically salute the manager , as this environment and mindset can only occur from the top down. A personal letter will follow this survey.

We stayed at the El Paso Holiday Inn Express twice over the 2012 holiday season. Rooms are clean and comfortable; the free Wifi and nice desk in the room were a welcomed convenience for a combo of business/pleasure. The mini fridge and microwave are great for travelers. Friendly desk staff too.

Great stay and was so impressed with the staff that even though they were booked with the holiday they were able to still provide the best breakfast as always and the greatest service possible. Upon check in was greeted as a priority rewards member and also was very comfortable during my stay. This property is by far the best I have stayed at!

Checked in late after a long drive into town and the staff had our keys ready and gave us a coupon for a free drink and snack. The room was so nice and comfortable! The morning breakfast was plentiful even though there were so many people staying at the hotel! It was nice to see the staff had this ready! The hotel staff was amazing and also must say that check out was so easy. The housekeeping staff gave us extra towels which was nice we were able to relax and no worries. I love the staff and comfort of this hotel!

Review would have been much higher if the Internet speed was better. I work on a laptop and communicate with home using a laptop and tablet. The Internet speed consistently is slower than dial up service. Some applications and simple Internet sites will not load due to the lack of speed. I stay here frequently because my company provides the lodging other wise I would change hotels. If Internet is not your priority, then this hotel is a 5 for a mid range brand.

Just on the outskirts of El Paso (west), this location is well appointed and relaxing. New furnishings, extremely friendly staff, and an inside pool all make for an enjoyable and affordable stay. Well recommended.

We arrived late evening Sunday 11/18. The young lady at the front desk and the bit older gentleman could not have been nicer and she was very efficient :-)
The gentleman gave us recommendation for dinner and offered to drive us in Hotel Van.
When we got back after a great dinner the young lady @ front desk left us a message to see if room was good and ask if we needed anything.....
So very pleasant!

This was honestly the best hotel stay I had in my life. The staff is amazing. Anything I asked for I received and many things they asked me if I wanted before I even thought of it myself. EVERYONE that works there is pleasant. I've been in management for 20 years so I am amazed at how EVERYONE can be so happy and nice. Great job and great hotel. I will stay here again.

We stayed at this property the 16th to the 20th of October and upon check in the desk manager greeted me by name and had the room keys prepared along with free drink and snack coupon. We were early but still were able to check in and given a room on the first floor as we asked. While staying at the property the water had gone out due to construction in the area, though the staff was on top of it and offered water to us and ensured our stay was nice. The breakfast was wonderful! The different variety was amazing and the taste was very good. The room was fresh and clean and the grounds were so nice and kept up. I had forgotten to push the button one morning for housekeeping to clean the room and had our daughter call and when we returned the room was clean and we had bottles of water in our room waiting for us which was a nice treat. When we checked out Angela was so nice and helpful and took an interest to talk with me and assist me with the need I had. We are usually in town monthly and are return visitors to this property. This time was our BEST stay and most memorable. Thank you to the staff! Must also add that last week much to our surprise we received a certificate entitling us to stay one night free due to the inconvenience of the water being out. The manager apologized and welcomed us back to the property with a free stay. This was a wonderful surprise!

From the point I arrived the staff greeted by name and had the key ready which was wonderful and a great personal touch! The room was perfect and very comfortable. Understandably the property experienced a water outage in the area though the hotel offered water to the guests and that was very good. I was able to relax and was not bothered by the cleaning staff nor was it loud in the hall way. The room was clean and kept up and the linen refreshed daily. The pool and workout area were clean and kept up. The property was clean and there was no trash in the area.
