El hotel esta muy cerca del centro de El Paso. El personal es amable y las habitaciones estan en buen estado. El desayuno es bueno.

We had no hot water the whole time. Called the front desk and was told it worked downstairs so it must work upstairs... Told there were no more rooms available. No one was ever sent up. Took two very cold showers and no compensation. The time prior we had a pipe bust in the bathroom with water everywhere and no one came until we left. Again no compensation

I slept like a baby. The beds in this hotel chain are always among the most comfortable. I have read some of the reviews and had reservations about staying at this location, but it was totally different than I imagined.
The only knock I have against the stay was the towels weren't that great.

The stay was great, my only complaint were the carpets were dirty, and old, and also there was a sewer smell coming from the vents.

Staff very helpful with information for eating establishments and provided shuttle to local restaurant that was excellent. Nice hotel and even though right next to the interstate, it was quiet in the room.

I stayed here for a business meeting downtown and the location was good. But, the front staff was overwhelmed with phone calls and people checking in. She handled it the best she could. The lobby was nice, but once you enter on to the floors and guest rooms the condition is awful. The carpets from the elevator are dirty and stained, and this is carried out into the rooms. The decor screams 1990's and furniture is scuffed and broken knobs, etc. The bed was comfortable and I might have been able to sleep if the A/C had been working. I would have moved rooms, but when I arrived they put me in a room facing the highway. After waiting 3 hours to unpack, a room finally came open. But, I had to keep calling to inquire. So as to not move again I just stayed in a warm room. I will be looking for another hotel when I return to meet this client. It was the worse Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in.
