Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff I am a weekly traveler and I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express all over the United States. The staff that at this Holiday Inn is above the rest. They are always courtesy, willing to take the best care of customers. Luis is a true professional and represents what TMI values stands for... The General Manager Jorge is the only staff person that I feel makes the guest feel like he is cold and only out for the bottom line. He seems to be stand offish and not as good of a people person as Marco or Ivan. Overall a very clean and well maintained place I stay...I've been staying here for at least 3 years. Only negative about the property is there isn't a Microwave and Frig in every room. July 29, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great service The room was average a little too average for the price. It had no fridge or microwave, but they offered microwave food downstairs at the little store. The bathroom was small and the AC was really loud. I love Hilton Hotels but this one was pricey for what it offered. The staff at the front desk was outstanding, I would recommend this hotel if little things like a fridge or microwave isn't important. June 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel I took my boys (age 6, 4 and 1) to the hotel and they just loved it. The room worked out perfect. The pool was enjoyable on a hot day and they really liked the breakfast items. It was a very nice stay and I'll be sure to go there again when I return to El Paso. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good staff The staff was excellent. They let me change rooms since I was initially on the first floor, which for one or two nights would be ok, but I was there for 14 nights. I felt uncomfortable about opening my curtains right next to the parking lot. My new room was on the fourth floor, and I felt more comfortable about opening the curtains and allowing the sun to come in. A couple days, there were no towels at the pool/spa, and the desk man got me some towels, no problem. Another time the desk man called me a cab. Near the end of my stay, the spa water was dirty and the jets didn't work well. Otherwise, a nice stay. June 5, 2013

Thant being said, for me it was also noisier than I would have wished for, however for the convenience and city type dwellers, it probably is not a problem. For the country folks like me, it was too noisy to get a good nights sleep. May 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed the Visit Loved the staff and the hotel. Very accomodating and very well kept. There were only 2 things that would have made the visit exceed my expectation completely....one was the noise coming from the guy in the room above mine, everytime he walked in teh room, it sounded like he was practicing for a clogging contest. The other is that there was no acknowledgement of my being a Priority Club member. I even asked the girl at check-in if they had my PC information. She confirmed that they did but no other recognition of my membership was made. (However, this statement in no way should lead anyone to the assumption that she was anything but welcoming and pleasant.) I know its a small thing but those of us that patronize particular businesses do appreciate the acknowledgement. May 15, 2013

Patrick was great at suggesting resturants to eat at. wish the gym was a little bigger with differnt things to use, just had treadmills. maybe a treadclimber or weights would be great to use. They took the time to get to know me and my coworker and would anticipate our arrival and have toothpaste ready for us, lol. They made our stay so pleasant and stress free which after a long day of work or traveling is very appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in El Paso. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Been here before Being a Platinum member I was given an upgrade. It was a great room and the upgrade was very much appreciated. I’ve stayed here several times and there does seem to be one issue that comes up consistently with my rooms. I never know from one day to the next if housekeeping is going to pay attention to the little things. On this trip there were a few days when they apparently didn’t think I needed another bar or soap, a replacement bottle of shampoo, or a trash bag in my waste basket. I have no idea if it’s a matter of who cleans the room or a lack of following up by the supervisor. It’s not something that would cause me to stay someplace else. Nothing huge just little things that make a person go Hmmm. March 25, 2013
