i have been battling neck problems and slleping disorder for over a year now. I slept the whole night through and woke up with no headache. i went to the front desk and asked the clerk if i could buy the pillow, she explained that you can go to the web site and buy as many as you want, i explained to her that i wanted this pillow, she directed me to the manager for such an odd request, he finally got with the general manager and before i check out they gave me the pillow.

The only thing I dont like is the bisquits and gravy. They need to get rid of that stuff! Its horrible!!! Bisquits are horrible, hard as a rock and the gravy is just not good!
The rest seems fine!

The toilet backed up and there was a large wet spot between the beds couldnt complaine because they were full

Both Nick and Steve helped me with my check-in. Both individuals were more than professional in their service. Kudos to both. Everything was as expected as this was not my first visit to the property. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

After a trip of 800 miles it was a welcome relief to find this place and spend the night. Did not stay too long, took off the next morning for the final leg of the trip.
The sheets were on the cheap side, I guess I am used to fine thread sheets. They felt thin also.
Quiet room which was good. Quick route from IH 10 and quick back on. Found a Starbucks close which was welcome.

Missed the fridge and microwave. With that said, everything else was great. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean. The location was convenient to movies and restaurants. I will definately stay again.

This is a good HIExpress -- well maintained and staffed. No problems of any kind except letting smokers congregate around the back door (which the manager said he was correcting asap). Breakfast eggs dried out and unappealing, but dining area clean and well maintained. Decent variety but no fruit. Would definitely stay here again.
