Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by On My way to Arizona I had planned on staying in this hotel two months earlier. That day, I-10 had been closed, it was a miserable blizzard and was just happy to get in. Staff was very hospitable and understanding of my distress from the road from Fort Stockton and very attentive to my needs. This hotel appears to be somewhat new and in all appearances very well maintained with a warm staff. My room was also most comfortable and the bed just right. Despite the 15 degree weather outside, my room was comfortable. I left very early in the morning and found that coffee was already available at 0500 hours, just what I needed. Tells me they are accustomed to taking care of early risers. I plan to stay here again. Good value for the price paid and in a good part of town. March 24, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It is Ok I reserved a King Size bed with confirmation number but when I opend the door there were two queen size beds. Instead of making a fuss I went ahead and went to bed (it was very late). Sheets felt thin and cheap. I think I am used to finer quality sheets. Had to leave early the next day before breakfast. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES.... This is a very average HIE with a higher-than-average nightly rate ... check other IHC properties in El Paso first. No mini-fridge (only in the suites here) in the room, which was a surprise after staying in IHC properties for most of a 5 week road trip. It is close to a large shopping / dining complex - a plus for some. The advance signage is misleading and you can miss the entrance easily from I-10 W --- an early exit when coming into the city from the east. March 19, 2013

I slept the whole night through and woke up with no headache. i went to the front desk and asked the clerk if i could buy the pillow, she explained that you can go to the web site and buy as many as you want, i explained to her that i wanted this pillow, she directed me to the manager for such an odd request, he finally got with the general manager and before i check out they gave me the pillow. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok place to stay after a long trip After a trip of 800 miles it was a welcome relief to find this place and spend the night. Did not stay too long, took off the next morning for the final leg of the trip. The sheets were on the cheap side, I guess I am used to fine thread sheets. They felt thin also. Quiet room which was good. Quick route from IH 10 and quick back on. Found a Starbucks close which was welcome. January 15, 2013

No problems of any kind except letting smokers congregate around the back door (which the manager said he was correcting asap). Breakfast eggs dried out and unappealing, but dining area clean and well maintained. Decent variety but no fruit. Would definitely stay here again. November 4, 2012
