Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort for the Weary Having driven for 6 hours in snow and sleet, I was greeted cheerfully with my Membership level. Easy check in - everything was ready for me. room was awesome - large King and lots of twels. TV cable was more than adequate withi HBO. Despite snow, the sidewalks were scraped and breakfast was plentiful and high quality, just what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. Very tasy and set me up for another 6 hours in bad weather driving; December in OK and TX - you gotta love it. December 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not to shabby The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, but the AC/Heat was either super hot or super cold when you came into the room. 1st time I walked in the thermostat was set to 86 and the room was boiling. I had to turn the AC on while it was 30 degrees outside. Next time the AC was off when I came into the room and it was 55 when I walked in. The heat/air takes forever to actually get a decent temperature for the room. The only other thing was the key cards. They seem to deactivate for little to no reason everyday. I had to that just stopped working... so I would get to my floor try my card only to have to go back down and have them fix it. That was my biggest issue of the whole experience. Overall though, the rooms are nice, the entire TV/Desk setup is great, so many options, really up to date. WiFi was excellent most of the time. Beds were clean and well kept, firm mattress. Water pressure very low for showers. November 21, 2014
