I was hoping that this property would meet my expectations since it was the newest in town. However, that was not the case. There was a cricket in the room that we were unable to locate. I called to ask for a different room but there was not one available that would meet my needs. The cricket kept us up all night which compounded the stress we were already feeling due to the recent death in our family.

Very poor in every aspect. Front desk staff poorly trained, mostly unresponsive to guest needs.
I was given a room directly behind elevator, noise was beyond belief. Could not sleep due to noise, asked for new room, clerk never responded. Internet service unavailable for entire night. I called ISP rep, he tried to get front desk person to reboot system. After several hours I was told no access to computer room available. I again contacted ISP rep, he stated front desk person refused to cooperate and did not want to be bothered. I left word at checkout early AM for management to contact me. No response.
This is the worst HIE stay I have ever experienced ... I will not use this facility again.
