We arrived in cold weather with snow expected the next day. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat for dinner. We were readily identified as priority club members with snacks and bottles of water. The breakfast bar was quite acceptible! It was a very good place to stay!

I stayed at this hotel on a busy weekend for the local college. The room was very clean and the internet was excellent which is a plus for a heavy Netflix user.
Had a few problems overall with this hotel. As a loyal Platinum member, was never greeted as being a Priority Club member let alone platinum which is an important part of brand standards.
You'll also want to try to avoid staying in room 101. Its right next to an exit going outside and you will definatly here every coming and going out of that door. Only 1 out of the 4 lamps worked in this room. The T.V remote would only work if I was a foot away from the television.
Finally, the breakfast choices are the standard Holiday Inn Express smart start breakfast but the room is a tad small and the choices are spread all across the room so if its full it can be quite hard to get to the juice machine.

The ac unit in my room did not work well. The front desk informed me the unit probably froze up. I unplugged it for over an hour to let it defrost. Plugged it back in. It still did not work properly.
