Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better Than Expected Didn't expect much from an express style hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. Furnishing and decor were stylish and modern. My room was spotless and quite large. I especially liked that the pillows were labeled firm and soft which I feel is a thoughtful touch, Although I didn't take advantage of it, I thought breakfast was a nice added value. Unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive when i was ready to check out. There isn't any bell or way to notify someone that there's a guest waiting but, thankfully, there was a housekeeper who appeared and was able to get the desk clerk for me. February 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Comfortable Stay The staff was extremely helpful in getting everyone checked in, directions, recommending places to eat, and general concern for how we were doing. We had a death in the family and the hotel gave us a block of rooms so family could attend the funeral and gather. They provided a place for us to meet one night. The second night they allowed us to use their breakfast area to gather and visit. Everyone's rooms were comfortable. The family wants to go back and hold a family reunion there. The hotel was in the process of updating the furnishings and they held off for a few days as they had a full house and did not want to disturb their guests. Guest satisfaction is important with the staff. January 24, 2015
