Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sofa bed = pain We used the fold out sofa bed for my 8 year old son and it was actually painful for him to sleep on. We ended up taking the couch cushions and placing them on the floor for him to sleep on. The pool is only open seasonally. Breakfast was good and the Toiletries were of exceptional quality(Bath and Bodyworks). I was very pleased when Housekeeping gave us extra shampoo and conditioner when I had an allergic reaction to the one I had bought for this trip. January 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Stay due to the hospitality Where do I start, I've stayed here many times due to my job. It is conveniently located to where I need to be. With that said I will no longer be staying here and will now stay at the Crowne Plaza which gives me better service and is cheaper however it's 10 minutes out of my way but after this I am willing to do it. My original reservation was made for two nights which I had extended to a third night due to the weather. On my first night, I checked in went to my room and discovered the TV didn't work, not a big deal, I call service, the women was unable to fix the TV so she switched my room, I think this is where the problem occurred, the employee upgraded me to a bigger room (looked like a suite but not sure). The next morning I woke up and went to work, when I came back my key didn't work. I went the front desk and the women advised me I had checked out, I asked how can that be I didn't come to tell the front desk I was leaving and besides my bags was still in the room. She then said somebody checked out and I have your stuff here. I was alone on this trip so who would check for me. I stated my reservation is for 2 nights and why would I leave my bag, she said we thought you forgot it. I asked for the manager, the manager was not in so I left my name and number and returned the next day after work to try to speak to her, however the manager was already off when I showed up and again I left my contact information. No response till this day, 4 days later. Since I had supposedly checked out I had to make a new reservation, I would have switched hotels but it was already 6pm and it had been a long work day. I am an IHG rewards member and have stayed at many Holiday Inns and due to the lack of response and urgency on what is obviously their mistake I will not be coming back. The customer is obviously not # 1 here. December 15, 2014
