the only thing wrong with the room was the shower curtain had a mildew moldy dish rag smell that permeated the room. after i turned the air conditioning on the smell was contained to the bathroom.

Nice comfortable place to stay. Clean and at a very good price.. We were her for my daughters succor tournament and she and her friends had a great time.

Poor value for the cost. Many maintenance issues should be addressed.

Upgraded to a jacuzzi room after a long day of flying. Got some sleep and a great breakfast on the way out the door. If my stay could have been more perfect I'm still trying to think how. Thanks for everything. I'm going to find a reason to come back asap.

Only thing I had trouble with is that the ice machine was out of order and couldn't find another one.

First thing we notice, is the location is less than ideal for an HIE, not near an Interstate exchange, but located behind some vacant retail sites, pavement to and from the location off the public street was in dire need of attention, potholes, rough unsealed pavement, upon check-in we were informed we could not use our normal membership card that always in the past allowed us a reduction in the room rate. The next morning I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee, and to my dismay, was told they were out of creamer for my coffee, not very organized or prepared for a hotel operation. The morning we were checking out, we were surprised that our receipt was not placed under our guest room door as normal, and had to ask for the receipt at the front desk. Overall this was just not the experience we have grown accustomed to while staying at the HIE.
