Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel stay ever Let me start off with a positive - the young lady working the front desk is a credit to this hotel. She was helpful with dining options (none close by for anyone that needs to know this) and she was helpful when the adults overseeing 2 floors (yes floors) of teenagers let them run amok all through the hotel disturbing all the others staying at this establishment. Now, I travel for my business and stay at a minimum of 3 nights each week at a different hotel. This was by far the worst. I had the "executive suite" and to use that term is like putting pearls on a pig - it doesn't change anything. The floor was sticky (which prevented me from getting up in the middle of the night) the upholstry had holes in it and the formica table tops look like they came from a second hand store that obtained them from a diner that closed in the 60's. When traveling for business, all I ask for is a clean place to stay, decent ammenities and a good nights sleep. I will have nightmares about this place for a good long time. July 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just not satified I just was not satified with this particular location. I have stayed at many of their hotels, but there were too many things. I am not one to complain directly to staff, I just make it a point to never revisit unsatifactory places. I never feel this way, but I feel like they owe me something in return for being IHG member. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice the hotel was very nice. I would go back there. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, not great. The workers were very nice and attentive. The location was good for us. We were traveling to a Holiday Inn in Toronto. We will be traveling again in the end of July June 24, 2015
