Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Minimal Hotel Offering Felt this room was overpriced for what you get. It would be nice if the property could have microwave and refrigerator placed in the room. Also, the chair should not be backed up to the air conditioner. I would like to recognize the excellent service and patience indicated by Briana at the front desk. She was a great help. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sleeps 6 We were happy that our family of 5 could stay in one room. We had 2 double beds & a fold out couch. Clean and comfortable. Shower pressure not so great. The decor (carpet/wallpaper/drapes) could use an update. It seemed like a mix of hunting lodge/camping (moose) and southwest. The brilliant orange in the carpet was eye catching (but not appealing). Though the room was clean, the hallway wasn't. It needed a good vacuuming. The same bits of litter present at our check-in were still there the next morning at check out. The hallway carpet was also worn. The traffic flow had a bottleneck in the entrance hallway trying to reach/exit the elevator. All that said, we would stay there again. August 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great night sleep but no ice on any floor. I've stayed in HIExpresses all over the place and this location was pretty typical. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows but the room had no fridge or microwave that most other locations have had. Breakfast was again typical of the chain- yogurt, fruits, breads and cereals. The hot water machine was broken.. As were the ice makers on all floors. The ice machines are located at the end of the hallways that were on the opposite end of the elevators... I had to make 3 long walks to different ice machines up find them either broken or out of ice. Not a huge deal but I heard a few guests that were annoyed. August 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK hotel to stay We chose this hotel because it is a IHG property. It is a ok hotel to stay, reasonable clean and safe. Breakfast is provided but not much choices, Internet is slow and bed is too soft. August 18, 2014
