Seems to be fairly new and well maintained. Nice decor, quiet and easy access to major roads. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very agrreable to working on issues immediately. Pool area was spotless and cleaning staff did an excellent job. Minor issues with wi-fi, but were taken care of quickly. Number one choice for me when on business trips.

I've stayed at this HIE several times since it opened, and it is starting to show it's wear quickly. There were several stains on the carpet, the bathroom was dirty (around the toilet, and hair in the tub), and the price had actually gone up from last year. The pool are was dirty and the hot tub did not work. It has really done downhill since it opened. This visit was not what I expected.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds ensured a good night sleep.
Breakfast offered a large variety of items to choose from.
I would definitely recommend this location.

We booked this room for a trip to the Solo and ensemble band competition at CWU. We were a little late making our reservations and town was full with this and the rodeo. I think we got one of the last rooms in town. We were given a conference rate, but when we checked in the manager gave us a substantially reduced rate. He also gave us a lovely room on the 3rd floor. The beds were very comfortable which I greatly appreciated. Often the beds at hotels are too soft for us. The staff was very helpful making recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the jaccuzzi. Breakfast was well stocked and they didn't rush to close down right at the appointed time. I would definately stay there again.

I've stayed at this location over the past few years with a high school women's golf team and both the girls and myself are always ready to come back. Convenient location and friendly staff make it the right place to stay.
