Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and great service. The Hotel was comfortable, clean and friendly. They were working on the first floor to upgrade the facility. They kept the noise of the contruction low and the workers were respectful to those checking in. The Customer Service was efficient. We stayed at the Hotel on our way to our vacation and decided to use the facility on our return. November 10, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A Room In The Middle of The 2nd Floor Reno My husband and I were traveling home from SC. We stopped at this HIE about 5:30PM. We were assigned a room on the SECOND floor. When we located our room we discovered that we were surrounded by renovation and a crew of shouting workmen. Seems that the guys at the end of the hall communicated with the ones around our room by shouting to each other. We immediately went down to the lobby and asked for a room on the first floor. We had to wait as the desk person checked in another couple. They were assigned a first floor room. When we stepped up to the desk we were informed that there were no more rooms on the first floor now and so we were assigned to one on the third floor. This, too, had reno workers but far enough away that we did not hear them until morning. We were never told of the possibility of reno noise near our initial room and clearly since so little time elapsed from our check-in and our reappearance in the lobby, there had been at least one room on the first floor, which was, as far as we could see, w/out renovation going on. We were treated poorly and will not be returning. The desk person should have told us of the reno on our floor but more to the point WE should have had the choice of the last room on the first floor. Poor service to a Gold card member. Extremely disappointed. October 21, 2014
